I have them out each spring and each fall because the longer I keep my air conditioning in good condition, I figure the longer it would last. I have the original one in my house which was probably put in around ’94.

Description of Work: We had a problem with our a/c, specifically a really awful smell coming through our ducts. We purchased a coupon via Angie's list and Greer services did a very thorough job inspecting our unit. Kim Greer even spent a long time on the phone with me walking me through all the possibilities. They were very honest with our options, leaving the choice up to us while giving their expert opinions, and came back out again to clean our cooling coils at no additional cost. They did such an excellent job we haven't had any smell issues since! Would call them and recommend them to anyone we know looking for an awesome company to work on their systems.

Description of Work: Purchased a voucher for performing maintenance on one heater. Purchased at regular price maintenance on our second unit. The technician is very knowledgable and repaired an incorrectly installed drain pump. I am very happy with how they described cleaning outdoor condensers in the spring. You would be surprised how many maintenance companies don't even remove the condenser cover when cleaning. I will have Greer perform all the maintenance for our environmental units.

I DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM, SO I HAVE TO CALL THEM EVERY YEAR. THEY DO A FINE JOB, THOUGH. I KNOW THAT I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THINGS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY WITH THEM AROUND.
