I called my home warranty (in Feb) because i had a leak in my jetted tub pump. I also found that the garbage disposer in my kitchen was leaking. They referred me to Fasco plumbing. I set up an appointment and had the technician come out and pull the pump out of my tub. he looked at the disposer and stated that it needed to be replaced but that my drain lines were too high and also needed to be lowered to drain correctly. They took the pump that day and told me to schedule the extra work on the drain lines or they would not fix the disposer. I was told that the extra work on the lines would be another $505 that my home warranty would not cover. In order to fix my disposer i agreed to have the lines re routed. A month later i had to track them down to find where my pump was. The lady on the phone told me it was fixed and on the workers truck. I scheduled them to put it back in and to do the drain work on the same day. On the day of the work the tech arrived at the home and came in to fix the pump. he did not offer to wear booties on his boots or take his muddy boots off. He installed the pump and hand tightened the pump. He then told me that he needed to pick up parts for the sink drain and another worker to help him. Four hours later he returned with his helper and parts. i found that the connection he had made on my pump had not been tight enough and had been leaking water into the floor for four hours and i had to tell him about the leak and have him tighten it again. While working on my sink lines they both again had on their muddy work boots and rusty old tools that looked like they bought them at kmart. during the work i had to get my own towels and mats to put around them and on my refinished wood floors. While working they scratched up my wood floors with their work boots and dropped tools directly on my wood floors. When the work was done i saw the damage to the floors and told them i would not pay until they were fixed. The tech called the office to tell them this and the woman said to him and quot;you did not put blankets down!and quot; She then was angry that i was not willing to pay with the damage and stated to the tech to tear out all the pipes if i did not pay immediatly I refused to pay and he left. Two hours later i came back home to find a large water spot on my ceiling below the jettaed tub. I called them and told them about the leak and they said it was not their fault. I had to pay them $75 to come out again the next morning to cut a hole in the ceiling and look for another leak. After checking everything they told me there was not leak but it was still not due to them letting water leak from the pump for four hours. Later the next week a wood floor repair man was scheduled and repaired the floor. When the repair was done it was not done right and i had bubbles all over my wood floors. The repair man had to be rescheduled again and do the job over. All of these repairs were done with me taking time off work to have them done. When the floor was finally repaired as good as it would get they called and never even said sorry for the damaged floors and hole in my ceiling that i now have to pay to have fixed. They wanted their $505. I told the that was not happening and they hung up. I to have a supervisor call me and they would not call me back. After finally arguing with them about their terrible work and service for weeks they agreed to cut the bill in half. Not wanting to have anything else to do with them i agreed to this price to be done with all of them. Their web site says and quot;satisfaction guaranteedand quot; What a joke! Nothing is guaranteed but headaches with this terrible company. I told my home warranty company i would never use them again! Buyer Beware if you use them!

The person was late on a previous call but came within an hour after the time window. He did not snake the sewer line like I've seen previously. He used a water cannon type thing to blow out any potential blockages. I would have preferred use of snake to make sure there was nothing lingering behind. The technician was pleasant and discussed the situation with me. I wouldn't have a problem calling them again. I am not sure how their rates compare to other companies since I was using a warranty service for this particular service call.

I will never call Fasco plumbing to do any work on my house. I actually wanted to call a different plumber, who I found on Angie's List with an A+ rating and wonderful reviews, to come fix our hot water heater, but when we realized that the repair would fall under our home warranty we called the home warranty company; Fasco plumbing was their choice. We were told by the home warranty company on Wednesday, 8/14/13, that Fasco would be calling us to schedule an appointment. Fasco never called us to schedule service. We eventually called Fasco when we didn't hear anything to schedule an appointment, and they said they would come out between 10am-noon. A service man came at 10:00am that day, 8/15/13, and worked on the water heater for several hours. He was not able to fix the problem but told my husband that the water heater was still under the manufacturer's warranty so he would call and order a part through the manufacturer. He told my husband that the earliest we could expect the part to arrive was the following Monday. On Friday we received a call from a Fasco service man who was at our house to work on the water heater. We never received a call to schedule service; they just showed up and then wondered where we were. We had no idea what he was there to do and he did not tell us. On Saturday the part arrived and we called Fasco right away to ask someone to come out. We never received a return call from Fasco plumbing. I called the home warranty company and told them we were having trouble reaching the plumbing company. The home warranty company said that Fasco told them our hot water heater was not up to code and Fasco wanted us to pay $1100 to complete the code upgrades. Since a brand new water heater costs less than $500, I'm not sure how they came up with such a huge and quot;upgradeand quot; fee but we were not interested in having this company do any more work for us. We just wanted them to fix the water heater. We were told that Fasco wanted us to sign a waiver saying they would fix the water heater but that they were not going to bring it up to code, which we were fine with. (By the way, we just moved into this house. It was inspected less than two months ago and we were not made aware of any code violations with the water heater. There were some code violations related to the electric lines in our shed, but no mention of anything wrong with the water heater.) On Monday, I called Fasco and spoke with a woman who told me she did not know anything about the $1100 upgrade but she would have someone call me back. I never received a return call from Fasco. By 5:00 when I had still not received a call from anyone at Fasco, I called the home warranty company. They tried calling Fasco and had to leave a message as well. I was fed up with this company and asked if they could send a different plumber out to install the part, since it had arrived two days ago and we had now gone 6 days without hot water in our house. They had to give Fasco 24 hours to respond in order to send a different company. I called Fasco again that evening and spoke to someone who only identified himself as the and quot;on call guy.and quot; He told me that we were on the schedule for a service call on Tuesday from 8am-11am. He clarified that he hadn't put it on the schedule, he was just looking at the schedule and that's what it said. Again, no one ever called to schedule this service call; they were just planning to show up. A Fasco plumber arrived at 8:30 on Tuesday morning, and pulled his van into our driveway, blocking our cars so that neither one of us could leave for work. When he moved his van to the street, he drove over our front lawn. This really made me angry. The man told us we had to sign a waiver and when I told him that was fine, he told me he didn't have the waiver for me to sign. I had to go to work so my husband stayed, signed a waiver that the guy wrote up on the spot, and watched him install the new part. The guy told us we would have hot water in 45 minutes and left. Thankfully, when I got home from work, there was hot water. We have not had any problems in the last 48 hours with the water heater but if something goes wrong we definitely will not call Fasco plumbing. I don't know if they're poor service was because they knew they weren't getting any more money from us, since we were going through our home warranty, or if they always behave this way. The bottom line is they were unresponsive and unprofessional and their conduct doubled the amount of time we had to go without hot water.

We have used Fasco several times over the last few years. There were no problems. He has installed many of our faucets. We request a young man named Kevin because we like what he has done.

They've put commodes in for me, they redid a shower stall for me, installed a new kitchen sink. This has all transpired over the last ten years. I'm very pleased with the work. They have good customer service. They are an upfront service: they do what they say and say what they do. They do take a little while to get here, but it's worth the wait because I trust their work. When they do set appointments, they are usually here within the half hour or hour that I schedule.

The sink went in just fine, but the garbage disposal was a whole different story. After the installation, we developed a bad leak. It turns out, we found from another plumber, that the garbage disposal had been installed backwards. They were out three time about the leak and never figured out the thing was backwards! We were charged each time for labor only as the replacements were covered by insurance due to a flood.

By the results we have, we would give them a satisfactory reference. We have had no repercussions from the service they performed. The entire sprinkler system and meter worked all summer long without incident. They were hired by my landscapers who handled all the billing information.

I think this company is one of the most reasonable around. Their prices were more than reasonable. Their work passed inspection without a problem. They were very consistent and reliable. I would use them again in the future.

I was surprised that It only took them about an hour to move our water heater. We now have some more space available in the bathroom for other things and the water heater now follows the city codes. They were all really helpful and worked quickly to get the work we needed done.

I travel a lot and there was a time when I was not able to be at my home to have the company come over and correct a problem from the installation. I was not very pleased because they would not return my call and there was a whole area that was not working. My neighbor had to go and shut the system down for me. Besides that though I thought that the price was fair and the work was done well. The only problem that I really had with the company was that they were not on time and punctual when I needed them. The work that was done was done with detail and I was happy with that aspect of the work. As long as they make sure to answer their calls the next time I would use them.

The crew was excellent. The thing we appreciated most, besides the speedy installation, was the fact they were so careful of our lawn and landscaping. The sprinkler system works perfectly and we are very pleased with their work.

I was very pleased with the work that Fasco did at my property. It worked out really well because while my home was still being built they came and installed my lawn irrigation system at that point in time. I found them to be very personable and respectful, and from what I could tell, they really seemed to be rather informative to me as a customer.

I was happy with the service provided by Fasco. I did not have any problems with their service. They were here during the time expected. The workers were easy to deal with. I would recommend them to others.

THIS WHOLE JOB TOOK THEM LESS THAN HALF AN HOUR AND IT WAS DONE VERY NEATLY AND QUIETLY. THE MEN THEY SENT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CONSIDERATE AND I WOULD TELL ANYONE NEEDING PLUMBERS TO USE THEM.
