When my disposer leaked, recently, we had to repair the cabinet base. The company that installed the cabinets had gone out of business, so we contacted the nearest dealer referred by the manufacturer. We gave them specific information on style, color, manufacturer numbers, etc. When the replacement parts arrived, they were the wrong color and size.We called to try to resolve the difference in what was received, and were told by Morris Edge, at EGS, that they did not want anything to do with us. My wife explained that he had not sent us the color that we ordered, he said that it didn't matter what color, that it was for the interior of the cabinet. We just want our cabinets to match. She also told him that he sent us the wrong drawer pull, from a different manufacturer. He said we sent him just a picture (we sent him the manufacturer name, model number and model name and finish). He hung up on my wife, and when I called back, he informed us that we were not doing him any favors by doing busienss with him, and that he had lost enough money on this. I hope no one has to do business with these folks again. We were treated rudely, received the wrong products and still do not have the right cabinet parts.
