Mr Wright quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator door, and fixed it so it closes more smoothly than it has since I bought it. His work was neat and efficient. I will call upon him for any other appliance repairs and highly recommend him.

He was honest about cost to repair vs. purchasing a new refrigerator and also recommended brands if I decided to purchase new. I was misled. he brought the wrong part. he did not know how to get the part installed. he was incompetent and careless. He literally walked off with the machine leaking and told us it was residual water from where he drained the pump., he said if it continues to leak I will be back and he will not even respond to a text or phone call. in my opinion he is not only incompetent he is unethical.
