This comment only relates to my well. I have no knowledge of their other plumbing services. Upon the techs arrival we discussed the issues and previous work (replaced the pump and switch) performed by another. First thing was to check the foot valve it was defective and needed to be replaced. The tech convinced me that the tank should have been replaced when the pump was replaced - (I must have had sucker written on my forehead since the tank was not drained and pressure checked). Tech put new tank in. After everything hooked up, tried to prime the well (it took 1 1/2 gal [note: a 1 1/2 in pipe 60 feet long has a liquid volume of 5 1/2 gals]. I mentioned it was not enough but the tech dismissed my comment. (At this point Ive committed $1485) Started up the pump - no pressure. Again I commented about the well prime however the tech said i needed a new pump (quoted me another $3500 to replace the pump). The tech also told me he would install a hose bib to make priming easier (note - the tech was aware that all outside faucets run off the well; i.e., no well, no nearby water, no prime). I decided against replacing the pump, Ill finish the prime and if required will replace the pump myself. I definitely will not recommend this company for well repair. Update (6/27/2019) Tried to prime the well. Would not take the prime. Pulled the well pipe and found that the tech only replaced the foot valve and not the plunger valve; i.e. no seal, no pressure.

The technician did good quality work. The labor was a bit expensive but the quality of work was great.

I was happy with an initial quote, but I should have asked for more detail for what *I will get it all fixed* meant. Bathtub had a leak, was quoted $1200 to fix it and get it all right. They repaired pipes but not the leaks in the tub (shower head and knobs leaked a lot). So when I asked why he did not fix the leaks in the bathtub, because I thought he said he would fix it all, he said that was not part of fixed the leaks in the tub. He ended up saying he would repair the knobs and it wouldnstop leaking for free because of how he worded his quote. He pulls them knobs off and comes to me and says they are so old and wont go back on. I now have to pay $600 to replace the knob/showerhead system. I am left with no choice since he had taken it off and said it would not go back.

The guys went the extra mile to make certain I was satisfied including staying till 7 pm to finish same day

Will hire again if ever need any else fixed!

They did a good job. They were prompt also

They accepted my scheduled time for 5:00. They called me the next day to reschedule for between 1-5 on Monday. They never showed up. Finally I touch base with them again on Wednesday and gave me a window of 11-3. He did show up that day. I did agree to the price no knowing how simple the procedure would be. He was at my house for a total of 45 minutes. He did fix the issue, but after seeing the simple fix it made me wish that I had become a plumber. After the guy left I had to pick up trash he had left behind. I would think for $530 dollars he could of at least got the trash up. I will never use them again, nor would I recommend them.

Technician was punctual and professional.

Estimate given for problems I described using a computer. Turned out to be a 15 minute fix, job total not reduced. It seems proper customer service for a repeat customer that flexibility should be allowed to say "wow, it was only a missing washer..." and take into consideration the value of the customer's business and offer a discounted price. Working w/office personnel now to resolve, hope to be afforded consideration and a partial refund on bill total.

The technician was excellent . I think the price quoted and I paid was too high for the repair of the drain pipe.

They called and we set up time and day they were to come. They were a NO Show and did not call to reschedule explain why they did not come. One of the most unprofessional company and will not recommend or call them again.

Every thing was good, they were informative to a certain extent. Except they did not move the trees for easy removal. Instead of stacking the bricks as requested, the bricks were tossed into a backfill. Now, I need to hire someone else to move the trees for disposal / pickup as well as buy more bricks as I had planned to use them elsewhere. Otherwise, I will hire them again.

Yes, It was very bad experience, very expensive is not worset to hire him . He spent 2 hr to finish the job and replace 3 pipe And charge me over $1600 He get advantage of the situation, And just offer 30 days warranty for what he did. I am not willing to use your service in the future 😡😡

Rapid response for an emergency. Cost seemed high to replace two broken pipes. Pictures of the problem very poor. It was difficult to see the problem from the pictures.
