Description of Work: I took my car(s) to Brakes Plus from roughly 2001 to 2007. Glenn and the staff there always did an excellent job explaining my options, and how much each option would cost, so that I could decide on my own what I could afford. More than once, they went the extra mile to conduct research or obtain a part on my behalf. They are thoroughly professional and trusthworthy. I ended up buying a car that requires ridiculously fancy computer diagnostics, so I now take it to a specialist -- although Brakes Plus helped me again by inspecting it before I bought it. I wouldn't hesitate to take a car to Brakes Plus or recommend it to a friend.
