We were getting quotes on a new HVAC system and a friend recommended Allen Kelly. We called and the salesman came out within a few days. We were happy that we'd already had two other estimates as we learned something from each company. Although the salesman was here a long time it was not high-pressure, he was friendly and informative. Allen Kelly was the only one of the three quotes we received that works with Duke Energy to get us a $1000 rebate (two air conditioning units @$500 each). More importantly, though is they have been in business for over 30 years, they have over 100 employees, and they customize the house to air conditioning metal for most the other HVAC installers in town. They quoted it would take 2 days and they finished in one! We received two, new Honeywell wifi thermostats and they installed the required carbon monoxide detectors. They also filled out all the warranty and rebate information for us. We did not purchase the cheapest unit (furnace, 2 air conditioners) but went with a Trane variable speed which better controls the humidity. The prices from all three companies was within a $1000 of each other.
