Entered my premises on false pretenses: I had canceled his service call before ending my phone call due to his quote of $100/hr., including travel time, and had placed an order instead w/ RotoRooter. He showed up anyway, and I did not realize he was not RotoRooter, until I went outside and saw his truck. He then charged an extra $100 over his quote, making up a charge after the work was done. To unclog the drain with a snake, he unlodged the plastic piece that had fallen into the toilet, but then pushed it back in, and said he had to move the toilet to the deck to snake it, where he used the same technique he had used in the bathroom. When he gave me the bill, he said that moving the toilet to the deck was a flat charge of $250, reneging on his quote of $100/hour. He left scratches on the new toilet, placed the plunger in my bathroom sink where my toothbrushes were, and sloshed toilet water on the floors.
Description of Work: Plumber and helper unclogged toilet but did more work than necessary to do so. Overstated what was required to repair tub drain, and work was declined.
