Description of Work: They completely redid rear brakes including new pads/ rotors. Also the owner noted that my front struts were starting to leak a bit, but said we had plenty of time to fix it based on Toyotas recommendation. Who does that? Most shops would tell you, you have to fix this now! So refreshing to find an honest, ethical, affordable and trustworthy shop. Well worth the 20 min drive each way to make sure we're being taken care of!

Description of Work: I had braking problems with my GMC Envoy. I had already spent $800 with the dealership on S. Blvd that didn't fix the problem. A & M diagnosed the problem right away. Within 24 hours the car was properly repaired and has operated flawlessly ever since. It's fantastic to find a repair facility you can count on to correctly and efficiently take care of your car. I'll never take my car anywhere else.

Description of Work: I brought my car in for a diagnostic assessment of a problem I was having with my ABS and AWD systems. This was my first visit to their shop, and I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of both Butch and John. They determined that my car problems were caused by shoddy work that was done by my dealership relating to a repair from a year ago. I paid them for their services, and took my car to the dealership to request that they repair the item they had previously broken. Had I not visited A&M first, I more than likely would have had to pay for repairs that I shouldn't have had to pay for. Butch's discovery was accompanied by detailed photos he took of the problem. The photos made it impossible for the dealership to deny my claim. The dealer made the necessary repairs to my car for no additional charge. I would definitely reccomend A&M and will be sure to bring my car back to them for future services.

Description of Work: My car was bumped while I was at a stop sign, and i needed ot detemrine if there was damaeg beneath the bumper cover. Larry crawled under my car and took a look and found there was no damage and no need for his services. I appreciated the honesty and the free effort, as he did not charge me for taking a look.

Description of Work: I took my car in for a power steering problem. Dutch performed an assessment and asked me about my long term plans for the car. The fix was expensive and if I had no plans to hold onto the car for a lengthy period, it was not worth the investment. That s the first time that has happened at an auto repair place! He also took the time to explain what he had done and how the warranty would work. Overall, I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I ve found my new and only auto repair shop.
