One of the higher quotes I received but Johns communication throughout the process and the installation were top notch. Not to mention the warranty that is provided.

They were not the lowest estimate I obtained (second highest) but seemed the most knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. And their warranty was unmatched. Went without a circulation pump and now regret that decision. The unit was placed on the side of the house where the master bathroom is located but that has not reduced and possibly increased the time for hot water to arrive there. Went without the pump to avoid yearly maintenance.

John was incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable and responsive, always taking the time to explain everything fully and patiently.

After the installation of our tankless water heater Mr. Gallagher is always available with any questions or concerns that I have. We recently returned home from vacation and the black box on the side of the tankless water heater was blinking and my wife was concerned with what was going on. We called Mr. Gallagher and he immediately told us it was a WiFi issue. We reset our gfi and that solved the issue. What an amazing service that is offer by this company. I highly recommend this company!!!

John installed a new water heater for our home and a water filtration system for the whole house. He had to repair some pipes that a previous plumber did not properly fix. John was very knowledgeable and explained my problems and also fixed the items very quickly. He came out on a Thursday around noon to look at the issues and then fixed everything the very next day, staying late to make sure it was done properly. I wasn't planning on spending so much at a time but the quality of work was well worth it and we would recommend him for any of your water heater and filtration needs.

We had a unique situation at our house that required a tankless water heater as a replacement and this meant upgrading the gas service. John at Water Heater Experts kindly and patiently guided us through the decision process and provided encouraging options for a difficult situation. He is extremely knowledgeable and is more than willing to share his plumbing wisdom. John provided us with a reasonable quote, so we went forward with installation. When it came time for installation, John kept us apprised of the schedule, was prompt; he quickly and cleanly installed the water heater. Now we have an endless supply of fresh, hot water. I highly recommend Water Heater Experts for their integrity, attention to detail, cleanliness and passion for water heaters.

Don t pay 100% of the balance due until you are completely satisfied with system functionality. Installation was done correctly and timely, however, remaining loose ends on the job have proven very difficult to resolve. Still not resolved.

John Gallagher is an incredible professional. He came to our house on a Sunday night to review our water heater problem. His knowledge, expertise and professionalism is unlike anything I've seen in the industry. We are incredibly happy with the service, his recommendation on the best unit for our home and his honesty. He didn't try to "sell" us a product... he taught us why the unit we chose was the best option for our home. He smelled gas at our propane tank outside (and I couldn't smell it) and he told us we had a small leak. Sure enough... he found the leak and Energy United fixed it at no charge. John also fixed our shower faucet that my wife and I couldn't fix. There was no charge for this and I was surprised. I highly recommend John Gallagher and Water Heater Experts. You will not make a mistake in trusting John to solve your issues. This is the only company I will call should future issues arise in our home. Well done John!

I replaced my 13-year-old water heater that was in my attic before I really had to. Who wants 50 gallons of water in their attic just waiting to destroy your home? Not me. I contacted Water Heater Experts and John Gallagher was quick to respond through Home Advisor. He thoroughly explained my options and answered all of my questions. I chose the Rinnai tankless system for obvious reasons. John did the work very well and kept me informed with each step. It was a really long day for him but I know the work was done right. John even fixed some not quite to code gas line connections at no charge! Talk about value added service! I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Water Heater Experts!

I had a new tankless water heater and whole home water filter installed. I got 3-4 estimates and this company was the most professional and had a very competitive price. The Renai tankless system seemed to have the best long term track record, so I was glad to hear that was the system they recommended. John, the owner, was very upfront and didn't try to up-sell me on additional components, just gave me options and recommended a system that would cover our needs. I inquired about installing an ice maker in the house, and instead of just charging me and doing it, he discussed the pros and cons, and I ended up deciding to go a different way. I really appreciated that. John insisted on doing the work himself, and despite a very challenging situation in our crawlspace, he did the necessary work and even more, fixing some things that he noticed were wrong with the prior plumbing in order to make it more up to date. He definitely went above and beyond what he quoted me and I was really appreciative of that. I am very happy with my system and the work that John did. Just switching my old water heater to a tankless has lowered my monthly electricity bill by $60, so I am thrilled with that. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and as far as tankless water heaters and water filtration systems, I think they are the best in the business.
