Would give 0 stars if possible. The overall process with this company was a nightmare! In the first meeting was led to believe that this was a large company.. come to find out they only had 1 employee and used subcontractors to install. To list the initial problems: Wrong equipment ordered and installed Wrong refrigerant used compared to agreed upon quote Work until after midnight No way to install air filters Time promised - initially was told 1 day… but became 2 weeks Upon mentioning these issues, the price was adjusted to match the frustration - and was promised that they did not do business this way. Hired them for a second phase of our overall install project - only ran into the same kinds of issues - never shows up when promised, always running behind, don’t do the promised work. Overall - an absolute pain to work with! Even today, came to finally fix the original air filter issue - but took the old grate and added hinges instead of fixing as promised. DO NOT HIRE!

Just wanted to take time to thank all the guys at AirServ of Northeast Greensboro. I signed up for their annual inspection of my HVAC and they immediately found a potentially dangerous situation. They explained the issue in words that I understood and also told me exactly what needed to be done to correct the problem. They gave me a quote that was spot on. I can’t say enough about how easy and professional they were to work with! Would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Another company told me I had torn vents and needed replacement. I saw pictures of torn piping. Later in the year, I called another company, Aire Serv of Northeast Greensboro, for an estimate. The owner, Eddie, went into the crawl space and took pictures. He showed me my ducts were fine. With equipment in hand, he prepared to clean them. He put a camera up inside so I could see the lining inside the ducting system. They were in pretty good shape, so there was no need to do the deep cleaning. Eddie and his crew were incredible. I had never seen a company so honest at 80 years old. I finally found Aire Serv of Northeast Greensboro for my air conditioning and heating service. Eddie could have told me my system needed replacement, and based on the estimate, I would have had to pay thousands. Thank you, Eddie.

Aire Serv of Northeast Greensboro provided excellent service during my system’s routine maintenance. They were professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, keeping me informed and involved throughout the process.

Thankful for the great job done by Eddie and his team at Aire Serv. They replaced my old twenty year gas pack with new one. Got four quotes and so glad I chose them.
