This was an awful experience. The receptionist, Amy, refused to make an appointment with an estimator because my husband had to be present. But the receptionist gave me a cancellation slot that afternoon. We had three bundles of shingles left over from a recent attached garage. We were to have a credit for shingles because that was the amount we needed. They showed up and they had charged us for more shingles. After a discussion we got a credit for the shingles. They I went out and they were working on the new construction area instead of where they were suppose to be working. The supervisor was nowhere to be found. When he showed up he said that the new boot they installed where there was a new boot was better than the new boot we had, instead of saying we screwed up. Then his supervisor called, Travis, and he says that I now have a better boot whether I needed it or not. So I ask for his manager, who called and apologized for what should have been a simple repair and it wasn't. I will never use this company again. It is a hassel to do business with them and unnerving.
