Priority 1 Restoration LLC

Priority 1 Restoration LLC is the contractor that we ended up hiring, we have a tornado hit our house and they were just one of those like five people and they are one the worst companies that I had ever work with and out of about seven families on our neighborhood that hired them all except for two families decided to stick with them and the rest had like hire lawyers to get rid of this company and they are there is hardly any information about this company on the internet and I didn?t know if I could add them if they are not already a company there.  They are general contractor I suppose.  Basically what it was when we have the tornado hit our house they were going to come in and did all the work done for us and deal with that and the insurance company for us.

For the service cost about $55000 to $70000 ? we needed a new roof, all new windows.  There were charging alone just because we had I think 15 trees fallen in our property and they bill our insurance $15000 to clear the trees of our property yet they didn?t do that.  It?s a very long story but it?s a company that I wouldn?t recommend to anyone.

It was March when the tornado hit our house.  It took them at least six months before they even started doing work in our house, a major work and within 4 to 5 months they replaced our roof that?s one thing they did.  I didn?t have any problem with the roof at this point.  One of the things that they did was they fixed a leak.  There was some leakage coming in our bathroom and what they were suppose was fix the leak and remove like the drywall on the ceiling ? it was a popcorn ceiling and about four days after they put the popcorn back up it started falling off in chunks and we told them they needed to correct that but they never did and then so they never actually put the popcorn back up and we ended up firing like I said earlier and so when my husband went back there to take off the popcorn ceiling we had noticed that they never actually replaced the water damage on the drywall ceiling that one of the things.  There were a lot of sketchy things.  One of my neighbors they noticed that they are billing the insurance for a crane for the roofing and there was never a crane at her house.  We noticed that they were double charging because we are a little cul-de-sac and like I said about seven families hired them.

What did Priority I do?

They committed fraud on several accounts.  The most notable one was when they actually called my neighbors banker and claimed to be my neighbors husband and they actually my wife said fraudulently billed them for having a crane for the trusses that were supposed to be built on site to be hoisted on the roof.  They have a lot more damage the roof and there was never crane here and the trusses that were installed were prefabricated.  They weren?t made on site like they were supposed to be built.

I ran a extension cord over my neighbors house because they were actually put out of their house for a year two months or maybe a year in three months and I wanted them to have a light on in their house at night when they weren?t home so they took upon themselves to steal my electricity and when I confronted the owner about it he said he was glad that his employees stealing my electricity.  I think he was trying to goad me into saying something on the phone because he was recording a conversation because I asked them three times.  I was dumbstruck.  I told him did you just tell me you're glad your employees are stealing my electricity and no answer.

For everybody who dealt with them nobody has been satisfied with them.  The only person I talk to who said that they done right by was the guy who had the least amount of damage to his house our neighbor, Mike three to four doors down.  He had like three or four shingles out of his wife blown off so he got a new roof out of it.  He told them that the damage to his house was minuscule and to just to take care of the other people that were more hard up that needing repair done first.  They totally just ignored him and did his house first just so they could scam some money out of him and I don?t know.  They totally disregarded what he asked them to do and did them first.

I mean it is really important that we tell you all the bad stuff about them because it was negative review.

If they had actually done what they were contracted to do and done quality work I would been happy but I?ve been on the jobsites and I have been dealing a lot of work repairing things my whole life and I recognize the quality work when I see it and I recognize garbage crop work and their work is not at par and so no I wasn?t satisfied with the quality of work or their price, nothing.

This provider did not inspect the roof nor do any repair!!! The next rain fall the same leak appeared. Mike the "tech". For the job told me the renters were lying and that he fixed the problem! I asked him to take a look at the work he did and send me pictures of any defect in the roof. He did not, but told me that his work was sold! After multiple attempts to get him to come back out, I had another company a**** and fix the enormous hole in the roof with photographic evidance of the problem. I contacted Mike once again to infom him of his miss and to ask what he fixed with proof. At this point he started to curse at me and tell me he would be willing to meet me at my home to kick my a**! I informed him I would contact the BBB with my complaint! He told me he would sue for slander! I contacted the BBB and was informed two weeks later that they could not investigate the claim since it was in court! The day he received the complaint from the BBB he filed a mechanics lean on my home claiming he was not paid for work he did. I would have pursued, but it expired after 6 months because he chose not to persue his false claims! Would not let this guy inspect a doll house. The hole was as big as a tire!!! Cheap way to avoid a BBB downgrade! Avoid this jerk
