Here on time, performed the work for the price agreed upon and left. One small issue developed with one of my pond lights, but after a phone call, the problem was resolved. The pond looks great!!

I had a leaking koi pond that the original installer would not help me fix. I hired Pondscapes of Charlotte and they methodically located the leaks and repaired them. I found them to be honest, reliable, and their customer service is excellent.

Dave, the owner, was on time and prepared for every meeting. After describing the process in detail and providing us with a complete estimate, we signed a contract and work began. Dave, himself, was onsite everyday and performed much of the work. The pond was completed on schedule and is beautiful.

After the initial work Pondscapes did, I was so impressed with their service that I began to use them on a regular basis. Their work was so good, the service so professional that beginning in 2010 I have an ongoing contract with the. I would highly recommend Pondscapes to anyone desiring to install a new waterfall/pond or to maintain an existing feature.

We are just finishing an addition to our house in order to move my elderly father home. As he is in a wheelchair most of the time, we thought a koi pond with a waterfall would be a great source of entertainment for him without having to go anywhere. Dave and his whole Pondscapes crew were fabulous. He designed a wonderful raised pond with a stone wall so my Dad can wheel up to it and put his hand in the water to interact with the fish. He has gone above and beyond to help make everything perfect for my Dad, including the placement of a Blessed Mother statue that had belonged to my late mother and holds special meaning for my Dad. The pond is absolutely gorgeous. Dave went over every detail of its maintenance and the care of the fish. He makes it known that he is there to help and I definitely feel like I could call and ask any question and he'd continue to help me with the pond. This was a great experience from start to finish ... and beyond!

They were really great! We have been really pleased. They were very trustworthy. They did good quality work and good follow-up. They seemed very interested in our satisfaction with their work. He is even coming back to plant more plants around the pond. I would strongly recommend them.

Four years ago we hired a self-described "professional pond installer" who we met at the spring home and garden show and for the four years since we struggled to maintain a muddy, poorly constructed, and incorrectly installed pond. Pondscapes came to our rescue and corrected those mistakes. Our pond is now a beautiful combination of waterfall, stream, and pond that work beautifully and stay crystal clear. We are ecstatic over the results. Dave, Ken, and Angel are the knowlegable, no-nonsense, hardworking professionals we have been looking for and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a custom water feature.

We recently moved into a new house with a very small yard. During the final stages of construction we got some estimates to install a water feature next to our screened porch. This is a small area that is very close to our neighbor's house and we were hopeful that a pond would fit. Dave came out to give us an estimate and he was professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. It was clear that he not only builds but also enjoys water features. Shortly after moving into our new home, work on our pond commenced. The crew consisted of Dave and 2 other employees. Work began on time and it took approximately 1 week to complete. The crew was polite and careful, being sure to keep the area as neat as possible when they left at the end of each day. At all steps of the process, Dave and his crew made sure that we were satisfied with the progress and results. While digging out the pond area, they found a drainage pipe in the way and moved it with no problems. Placement of the boulders and rock was done very carefully to enhance the sight and sound of the water. The results are phenomenal. We have a beautiful water feature that sounds like a mountain stream.

Mr. Blocksom and his crew are very knowledgeable and most professional in their quality of work. They competely transformed our existing small pond into an exciting waterscape bringing a whole new level of enjoyment to us and our fish. They resolved multiple issues we were having, giving us peace of mind. This included incorportating the use of a rain barrel for water replenishment. This company exhibits an exceptional level of customer service with their attention to detail and follow up after the job was completed.

In addition to the outstanding feature, Pondscapes of Charlotte executed the project in a highly professional manner. They were very organized, punctual, and efficient. Dave Blocksom did an outstanding design and installation of my pond. Transformed my yard into a paradice. Did so in a highly professional, organized and efficient manner. The customer service has been superb!!

Couldn't have gone better. They came on the scheduled day, tore out the old pond, reused all the materials that I had plus more. Had the new pond completed and landscaped in less than a week and did a beautiful job. Dave has since come by to explain everything. His crew was great and everyone from top to bottom was very professional.

Pondscapes installed a large natural pond system in our front yard. While they promised a lot, they delivered much more! The finished product is absolutely stunning! The whole family enjoys watching the wildlife and listening to the waterfalls. We've already had countless people stop to comment on how gorgeous the pond is. Dave and his crew were all very professional and knowledgeable. They were always prompt and polite. They answered all of our questions thoroughly as well as the questions of neighbors that stopped to inquire about the project. They cleaned the area every evening including parking their large backhoe indiscreetly so as not to bother us or the neighbors. Then, even after finishing the job, they came back to add some additional artistic touches such as moss and logs to enhance the natural feel. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. They are the best pond builders in the area!

Dave called me back THE DAY I CALLED HIM!!! He showed up on time, did the work well, and cleaned up everything when he was done. He gave me a lot of information that I needed and really spent time with me. I can't say enough good things about his work and his company.

DAVE WAS THE MOST CREATIVE AND EFFICIENT CONTRACTOR. HE CAME TO THE HOUSE AND TOOK PHOTOS OF MY WATER FEATURE. HE THEN REDID THE FEATURE AND SHOWED ME WHAT IT WOULD LOOK LIKE WHEN DONE. HE VERY CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE WATER FEATURES AVAILABLE TO ME FOR MY BACK YARD CONDITIONS AND NEEDS. I WAS ABLE TO MAKE A DECISION AND HE QUICKLY STARTED ON THE WORK. THE END RESULT IS A WONDERFUL WATER FEATURE THAT IS VIRTUALLY MAINTENANCE FREE. IT LIGHTS UP AT NIGHT AND THE WATER SOUND IS WONDERFUL FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOME. I WOULD NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE BUT DAVE. HE AND HIS WORKERS WERE VERY NEAT AND CLEANED UP THE ENTIRE SITE EACH DAY BEFORE THEY LEFT.
