James was my fourth estimate. The estimates ranged wildly. The first companies estimate was low but unfortunately the way of removal suggested seemed rather risky. The second company's estimate was EXTREMELY HIGH and the third company's estimate split the two. James came to give an estimate the day we called, actually within hours. James and Theresa made my wife feel very comfortable with their professionalism. They seemed very concerned with our situation because of the state of the tree. We agreed to go with them and they said they would come the same evening of our estimate. They ran into an issue on a job previous to ours and called to let us know they weren't going to make it. This was ok, because we hadn't expected them to show up that night anyways. The following day they came out and had the tree cut down in less than an hour. My wife was actually a little late getting back to pay them and they were very patient with us. We would definitely use them again.

We were really pleased with their work. I contacted them by phone and asked them to come by at their convenience to estimate the removal of four trees that we had marked. They provided me with a very reasonable quote the next day. They could have done the work right away, but due to other workmen at the house, we put them off for about a week. They showed up first thing in the day and completed all of the work quickly and neatly. Per my husband's request, they left some wood behind for us to use in our fireplace this winter. All of the smaller limbs were cut to fireplace length and they even constructed a chopping block for splitting the larger pieces. Thanks!

They were very reasonable and did a good job. They cleaned-up very well and were a nice group of individuals. They were extremely trustworthy. I received three estimates and went with my gut feeling, but they were also the cheapest. I did have to have them back out to put the patio furniture back where it belongs.

In one word, WONDERFUL. I had used this company before and was amazed at their work. James had told me when he made the estimate that he would clean up the area after he had finished. When I pulled in the drive that afternoon I could not believe my eyes. There was not a stick or leaf in the area. It was totally cleaned. The only way I knew the work had been done was the tree was gone. This latest job was the same way. These guys WORK. The day they did my work, it was close to 100 degrees. They had asked to come early to beat the heat. They arrived around 7 and worked all day. They took their time to make sure every cut had a positive result. They finished at 8:00 that evening. I could have not been any more satisified. I have nothing but praise for this entire crew.

Out on a Limb responded to my call quickly, visited the site to survey the situation, gave me a great quote (I had 3 others) and did the work the same day. They even went the extra mile to remove another smaller tree -- free of charge -- that was damaged when the larger tree fell. Great job!

It went great. They arrived on the scheduled day, cleaned the deck, which had never been stained or sealed (and the house is 15 years old) and for what they had to work with, did an excellent job. We discussed the landscaping at that time. The former owner had built a couple of above ground planters which had mildewed and had become very unsightly. James removed the planters, tilled the ground and added soil conditioner, replanted my bushes and flowers and put out pinestraw in a very impressive manner. The yard looks soooo much better than it did and I am grateful for the work that they did. They hauled away all the debris and I felt like I had a new back yard!

I think that it went very very well. Mr. Effler came out fairly quickly following my request for a quote. He gave me an extremely fair price. I had gotten 2 other quotes, and his was half what they had quoted. Plus he was the only one who had a solution for the barbed wire tree. He was very prompt and his men came out and handled it all in 1 1/2 hours. They were very careful not to damage my other trees and flowers, and they meticulously cleaned up the site before they left. I will use him again for any more tree work that I need, and I would recommend him to anyone. It was a really good experience.

Very responsive with an estimate. Showed up when scheduled, worked fast and efficiently. Very professional and thorough.

They arrived a day sooner than I expected, which was fine. The tree came down in pieces without damaging an aluminum fence directly beneath it. I did not need the stump ground (in a pine straw bed). Cleanup was good. This was the second time the Efflers delivered great service to us. And James' strong faith is inspirational.

James came in a very short time to give me an estimate which was very good. He gave me an estimated work date for the next week which he bettered by one day. He arrived with his crew and performed the work very professionally. He left a clean area when he finished.

Job took approximately 3 days in large part to the weather. Crew arrived early and stayed late. Everyone worked well together and the homesite was cleared of debris at the end of every day. The original quote was slightly less, but I added 2 more items to be cut down and asked for firewood from one of the trees cut down.

It went great! James came out the same day that I called to give me an estimate and scheduled for the following day to remove the trees. He was delayed a bit because of additional work on his first call but did come late in the afternoon (because he had committed to) and removed both trees and additionally recommended trimming limbs off other trees to improve yard appearance (with which I agreed). They cleaned up and hauled off the debris and I was pleased with the result. I even talked with him about cleaning and staining my deck in a couple of months as well as providing some landscaping for my backyard. I was very pleased with the results of his efforts and would definitely use his services again.

He came to give a quote for pressure washing and stump grinding and happened to have the grinding machine with him. He offered to go the grinding work immediately. It was a relatively small job, which was completed in about an hour by he and his helper.

They did excellent work and did a good job of cleaning up and removing all of the debris.

Calls were returned very quickly, estimate was very reasonable, and work was completed in a timely and professional manner.

James came out and gave us an estimate and was ready to work whenever we were ready. He called prior to arriving so I could be there. The job was quickly done and cleaned up. Everyone was professional in getting the work complete.

They were excellent! They were very professional and responsive. They actually called back the same day that I called them. The estimate we were given was exactly the same price as they charged us. They came at exactly the time they said they would. The job took them all day. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves by cleaning up every single piece of debris. I felt that their pricing was fair. We were going to have them take down a tree for us that was near the power lines but they suggested otherwise. They told us that we probably could get the power company to do it for nothing. It was really nice of them to give us that suggestion because it would have put a large dent in our pocket. It was a difficult job and they handled it very well.

We had Out on a Limb provide an estimate, which was significantly less than another bid we got. Then a few weeks later called them back to schedule the work. It took about a week to find a time for them to come. Their team worked very quickly and cleaned up well. The end result looks great and they were efficient and hard working.

Both he and his wife who is the office manager are very responsive. I will call them again with other tree needs which are a little smaller. Also see he does stump grinding, and some other services like landscaping. I will use them for other services.

The estimate process was clear, concise, and the team imparted a lot of knowledge about the proposed work. On the job, the working team was professional, careful, and diligent in their efforts. They worked non-stop until they completed the job. The entire area was cleaned up completely after the work was done. Great care was taken to keep the property free of tire tracks or any other damage.

They were very nice and easy to work with and gave us a fair price. They did excellent work--our backyard looked so nice when the lower limbs were trimmed. They cleaned up all the debris. We highly recommend them and would use them again.
