Description of Work: I used them because out on a limb was next door to my house. I asked to trim some branches off the trees as they could be interfering with Directv dish. When came over to trim the branches off it took less 20 minutes to accomplish. It didn't help my reception anyway! My thinking next door and charge me $60.00 and write to the owner name. What do you think.

Description of Work: Out on a Limb, James Effler & Co. took down 1 large tree and 1 large holly tree. They were prompt, efficient and cleaned up the tree debris beautifully. I will most definitely hire this company again and would highly recommend them to others.

Description of Work: We needed a large tree removed from our backyard, as well as several large trees trimmed. Out On A Limb came highly recommended by both Angie's List users as well as our landscaper. They did not disappoint. They came to our home exactly as promised and completed the work efficiently and professionally. After the trimming and tree removal, the yard was cleaned and looked great. We will definitely use them again as the need arises.

Description of Work: They removed a tree and took it away. It was a large tree that had fallen, part of it one house. They did such a good job. They were very professional and I really liked their demeanor. They cleaned up really well. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely be using them again. Their price was very reasonable. They had the best price through a couple a different estimates.

+ -1 moreStump grinding was not included. That was a $350 "add On" by another contractor brought in by Effler. The end result was a broken power line, large holes in the ground. If you want a a "turn key" job, I would suggest someone else.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE LESS EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS, BUT I DID END UP DOING QUITE A BIT OF CLEAN UP. WHICH WAS FINE FOR ME, BUT IF YOU AREN'T INTERESTED IN CLEANING UP I SUGGEST PAYING A LITTLE EXTRA AND GOING WITH ANOTHER SERVICE. ALSO, NOT EXACTLY RELIABLE. SHOWED UP VERY LATE.

WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT THAT EVENING TO GO OVER THE WORK THAT I WANTED DONE. THE COUPLE WHO COORDINATED THE CREW, WERE FLEXIBLE IN SCHEDULING THIS APPOINTMENT. ONCE WE AGREED UPON THE WORK, THEY CAME OUT WITHIN THE SAME WEEK. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THE CREW DID. I SPENT THE WEEKEND ENJOYING MY TIDY YARD. I WILL DEFINITELY USE OUT ON A LIMB AGAIN AS I PREPARE MY HOUSE FOR SALE NEXT SPRING.
