Eric (the owner) and his crew were absolutely fantastic. He got us scheduled quickly to remove a large dead tree that was in close proximity to our home. They showed up with all the right gear for a safe and speedy removal. And they were so tidy!! You would never know a tree was ever there. Couldn t be happier!

All personnel with Monster Tree Service was just the best. The woman with the office was so helpful and friendly. I had called this morning to thank them for the fine job. The tree trunk was so smooth, small and level. I was so pleased with the fact that the tree was gone. With the tree gone,it opened the front of my mobile home and made things brighter. Eric had come earlier in the month to check on the tree and give me a quote. The scheduled appointment came earlier than expected. I was very happy with the results.

There needs to be a 6 or 7 star option for those rare occasions where you have the opportunity to use exceptional groups like Monster Tree Service of CLT. We live on 2 acres, much of which is wooded. Over the past 10 years a number of trees had died or just weren't healthy. Eric called me within 10 minutes of requesting a quote from Home Advisor and swung by our home later the same day. During our walk around the property he educated me on tree life, tree health, and how to improve the overall look of our property. Within a week, he and his crew were on site and spent the whole day taking care of a number of dead trees of all sizes and shapes ⠦⠦. including one very dead tall pine slightly up hill and within 50' of the house. Eric and his crew were highly professional, very efficient, extremely knowledgeable and did a tremendous job of cleaning up. Several neighbors have already stopped by to ask who we had complete the work. Now I realize that some trees are gone that there is more work to be done. Already on the schedule for another day of work. I highly recommend this group to anyone needing top notch tree service.

Eric is professional and easy to work with. He came in person to give me estimate and get the job done on the next day. The team show up on time in the morning, wear uniform with clean and new looking equipments. They clean up everything and my whole driveway and sidewalk. Did I mention Eric also the one quoted most affordable out of 3 companies.

They did good work. Just confirm they accept your credit card before you schedule any work, they had it listed on their website but we found out after they were not at that point set up to do that.

They deliver more than they promise, they show up on time, and they clean up after themselves.
