Insurance covered the cost.  Work was done well.

From an emergency response stand point they were very timely. They pulled up floorboards and pulled up all of the insulation so that it could dry. They also served as the general contractor for the repair. I felt that the price was good for all of the work.

The people that came out and did the work did a good job. However, we did encounter some communication issues with their administration that ended up being a big mess. The work they did was of high quality. The workers were punctual, kind, and courteous. They seemed to know what they were doing. They were good about cleaning up after themselves when they were done for the day. I don't have any complaints.

The experience was absolutely horrible. They left the gas line uncapped and I was very unhappy with that. They moved everything out of my house and messed up everything. I would never use them again and told others not to use them too.

They have been punctual, responsive, and professional. These cabinets were new and I didn't want to purchase new ones. They brought in a huge de-humidifier and fans to help with this. They had to take out the back part of the cabinet and one side checking to make sure that the water damage didn't go any further- to ensure there would be no mold. They found mold as they took the cabinet apart and took care of it. They were considering tearing all of the cabinets out, but they were able to save the cabinets. The cabinets look exactly like they were before the leak. They went above and beyond- I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Our cabinets look great!

I wouldn't use this company again because they charged us way too much money for building a small room onto our home. I think they could improve upon coming back to make sure you are satisfied with their work and making themselves available for customers to get a hold of them. They could also improve upon their follow up skills quite a bit. The quality of their work is not bad and they are respectful. I would choose not to use them again because they charge way too much money.

WE HIRED CRS BASED ON A RECOMMENDATION FROM OUR INSURANCE ADJUSTER AND A PERSONAL MEETING WITH ROB ENNIS. MOST OF THE CREWS THEY SENT WERE COMPETENT AND PROFESSIONAL. THE HEAD CARPENTER WAS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND DID THE HIGHEST QUALITY WORK. THE PAINTER WHO ALSO DID DRYWALL WAS ALSO FINE. BUT YOU HAVE TO KEEP CALLING THEIR OFFICE OR YOU MIGHT NOT SEE ANYONE FOR DAYS. THE OWNER WAS ALWAYS PULLING PEOPLE FOR OTHER JOBS. OUR FLOOD OCCURRED AT THE BEGINNING OF MARCH, AND IT WAS THE END OF AUGUST WHEN THEY FINALLY FINISHED. WE HAD TO KEEP A CLOSE ACCOUNT OF ALL THE "PUNCH LIST" ITEMS BECAUSE THE SCHEDULER IN THE OFFICE OFTEN DID NOT KNOW ALL THE DETAILS. HOWEVER, OVERALL, THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL TO WORK WITH AND ALWAYS TRIED TO CORRECT ANY PROBLEMS IMMEDIATELY.

GOOD EXPERIENCE, QUALITY WORK BY PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL WORKERS.

SCRAPE AND RESPRAY A POPCORN CEILING. SENT A CLEANING CREW OUT BUT THE TECHNICIAN HAD DONE SUCH A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF, THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE MUCH TO DO. VERY PROMPT. CALLED BACK IMMEDIATELY. YOU CANT TELL THAT ITS NOT THE ORIGINAL CEILING.

OWNER WAS NOT INVOLVED IN JOB. OPERATORS IN CHARGE WERE RUDE, FALSE REPRESENTATIONS, NO PRIDE IN WORK. HAD TO RE WORK MOST OF THEIR WORK. DID NOT EVEN IDENTIFY ALL THE SMOKE PROBLEMS AS WELL.

EASY TO WORK WITH. CAME OUT IN AN EMERGENCY TO PUT A TARP OVER MY ROOF. MADE AN EXCELLENT REFERRAL OF A ROOFING COMPANY TO FIX PROBLEM.
