A broken drainage pipe left an extensive and unfortunate mess in the crawl-space of our home! Fortunately, the workers responded very quickly to our call and got to work immediately, vacuuming, cleaning and de-odorizing the area. This was a two-day process and they even returned a third time in order to check up (we'd had some questions). Their prompt response and excellent work habits were exactly what we needed for this kind of emergency!

The mitigation experience was great. We were referred by ER Plumbing and they instructed us to contact our homeowners insurance. Insurance paid for the full cost of the mitigation and basic restoration. They came out quickly and started drying the area. The service tech was very polite and repeatedly arrived on schedule or called if delayed. The restoration experience was not as positive. They had an estimator give us an estimate for the work we requested. Then there appeared to be some issue where the estimator left the company. They were very kind in pushing out our renovation a month so it would fit into my schedule. Once the renovation work began though, it appeared they had taken on a project that was a too large for them. I told them I'd prefer to be home (rather than putting a key box) on my house when they were doing work. The owner assured me this was common and would not be an issue. Often the workers would not show up when promised (often hours past the time promised, with no phone call). One day they didn't even show up. One time they came at 6:30 at night. I understand they have to deal with all sorts of scheduling issues, but I don't think expecting a phone call is unreasonable. When I questioned them, they (the restoration team) said this was my own fault for not putting a lockbox on the house. They did not put down drop clothes (except in the dining room where there was considerable sanding) or wear shoe booties in my home. They pulled up the drop cloth in the dining room before finishing painting, resulting in paint on the carpet (they resolved this issue). With the exception of James (who was only onsite 2 days out of the 2 weeks due to another issue) and Jennifer (owner who I spoke with by phone), I wasn't impressed with the restoration team. The sub they got for tiling was fine. He was polite and showed up when promised. The painters/sanders, not so much. In summary, I felt as though I had to constantly follow up with the restoration team about when they were showing up and what work they would be completing. One day two guys came for 20 minutes and then left without a word. We didn't see them the rest of the day. In the end, all the work got done (thanks largely to James coming in at the end and making sure all work was done correctly. He had to have them make a number of corrections). He mentioned that this job was really too big for their company. I understand that. He blamed this on the estimator (who left the company), but they had a month after the estimator provided me the original estimate to back out of the project and didn't. I would not hesitate to recommend them for mitigation, but I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere for restoration work.

They advised us to call our homeowners insurance at the start which did cover most of the expense after the deductible. The same 2 workers consistently came out, even on the weekend. It took about a week for the drying to take place which was difficult because of the noise, heat, and inability to use our kitchen during this time. They did do a good job and I would recommend this company. They dealt directly with our insurance company so I did not have to do much.

We had a leak in the ceiling and they came out and put probes in the ceiling to see how much water there was. They explained to us how much water damage there was. The servicemen were out here a couple of days. They did a fine job in resolving the problem. We would use them again.

As a first time experience with water damage in my home this was a great experience in the water removal. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The tech was punctual (accommodated my work schedule), friendly, informative and did excellent work. I was impressed by the clean up as he went along with removal of the drywall parts and the baseboards....plus removing the debris. He moved all the furniture that was in the room and was careful with it while he moved it. As this is covered by the installers insurance I cannot attest to the cost.
