This was the most efficient and least stressful company I have dealt with. The customer service was friendly and efficient and phone calls and appointments were on time. The project was tricky and had been turned down by two other plumbers. Our technician, Frank, quickly reassured me that he could do the job and the price he quoted was reasonable. He was extremely skilled and knowledgeable, very professional and, as a bonus, a really nice, friendly person. Great job and great experience.

The company itself is very efficient, quick to respond, and provided service almost immediately. The plumber however, was not one we would recommend. Very nice and friendly, but follow up was scheduled for Friday @ 2, he called at 3 to reschedule for Sat. 10 a.m., but he didn t show and we did not hear from him - I finally texted him at 11 and he said he was just getting going, he s be here at noon. Showed up at 1, no apologies or explanations except he worked late on Friday. He then left for another hour, to get the caulk he d forgotten. At 4:30 when we were about to leave for the evening, he claimed the job was done but my husband noticed a leak. He tried to explain it away, but upon my husband s s insistence for a recheck, it was indeed leaking. He came back AGAIN to replace the P trap that should have been replaced during installation. After he left, we discovered the residue of silicon all around the sink was not something we could clean away. I called the company to ask what product would clean it, and they promptly offered to send him back, as he should not have that to us. He returned later that day to clean it, at which point in conversation he told me he couldn t guarantee that the sink wouldn t fall. Then he proceeded to tell me how we should remedy that situation so that it wouldn t fall again. We wondered why he didn t follow that remedy in the first place. So the bottom line is, I would absolutely recommend the company, but if I do need their services again, I would ask for a different plumber. Super nice guy, but poor communication, inconsiderate of our time, and willing to leave us with a leak, a mess around our sink, and ultimately a sink that might fall.

My appointment was scheduled for 1pm. Christopher called me at 1230p to see if I was home. He arrived earlier than my appointment, checked my issue, replaced a regulator and tested. Water pressure better, but not to either of our satisfaction. He explained where he thought the problem was and provided a recommendation for a company that would check the line coming into my townhouse. Very happy with Air Today, Crissy and Christopher. Pleasant experience. Not the outcome I had hoped for, but Christopher did what he could to resolve the issue.

The company does not stock its trucks with appropriate parts. I was very specific about the multiple toilet leaks and even sent photos. Still, the plumber had to stop the repair to make a trip to Lowe s to get an ordinary toilet tank kit. One toilet was still leaking, and after a return visit and second attempt the plumber recommended a new toilet. I almost bought one, but first went to Lowe s and bought the same kit he had installed in the other toilet and fixed that leak myself. However, they did lower the bill and were careful to explain what needed to be done and why. I would call them again but ask a lot of questions about the parts they bring...or don t.

Ron was very knowledgeable and kind. He did an excellent job of putting in our deep single drain sink, and connecting our vanity in the half bath. Would definitely use this company again.

Quality was good, but1 hour late to home.

Home Advisor showed open appts starting tomorrow but Air Today was able to do the work this morning! I was pleasantly surprised and Ron let me know how much before he did the repair. Looks like I have a new plumber...

Initially did not get the problem resolved, but they continued to come out and address the problem until fixed.

Prompt, courteous, professional. Cost of plumbing service breaks my heart but it is what the market will bear.
