Arrived on time - looking for leak in front lawn of condo. Gave me a quote that was $1800 less than what the condo HOA's plumber wanted to charge me and could schedule the dig as soon as I wanted the job done. Very honest, courteous, professional - both he and his assistant. Would definitely recommend.

Found some water leaking from the siding behind our outdoor spigot "hose bib" and knew that it had potential to be a mess. I called Roto Rooter and the gentlemen said he didn't have the tools to look in the wall to see where the water was coming from so, he scheduled another guy to come out and look into my issue, at that point, I knew I wanted someone else to come out to give me a second opinion. So I gave Air Today a call and had an appointment for that afternoon! Joey Steen called me about 35 minutes before he arrived and asked if it was okay if he arrived at my home earlier than planned, of course, I was okay with that! Joey arrived when he said he would and within 2 minutes of looking at the issue, he determined the best course of action would be to replace the spigot and that might just fix the problem. I was worried that the leak was due to a cracked pipe more so than a cracked spigot, but agreed that we should start with the easy stuff. Prior to any work, Joey let me know what the hourly rate was and how long he estimated the job would take. I couldn't have asked a more down to earth, straightforward plumber! No frills, and to the point. Sure enough Joey was right, he carefully removed the old leaking spigot, and replaced it with a new one, with plenty of care taken to add teflon tape to the threads and secure the new connection. Once that work was done, he carefully monitored the area for leaks as well as watched the water meter at the street to ensure there was no flow of water as that would indicate a leak in the pipe itself. All in all, Air Today was my second opinion, from here on out, Joey Steen will be my first call! Y'all give that man a raise!

Quick response to my call. Same day install of water heater, and rebuild of bathtub faucet with little disruption to my activity. Tech was very personable. Did all inside work on day one, and returned early the next day to complete all outside work. 2 outside faucets replaced with new no frost faucets and 1 new one installed.

My sump pump alarm went off and was not sure why so I submitted an request thru Home Advisor. I received a call from Air Today LLC to come to my home the next day. The tech arrived and started to assess the sump pump but never took it out of the encasing and told me it would cost $1400 to replace. I wasn?t satisfied with his diagnosis since he never took it out. I called another company and they arrived that night and took the sump pump out to find there was a cloth stuck in the pump and removed it which fixed the problem. It cost me $100 vs $1400.

The company responded to my request very quickly and when I called them back they actually sent out a technician the same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and completed the task quickly.
