Several years ago I searched for a company to install a central vacuum system. The one I contacted never returned my call so I gave up. Decided to try again through Home Advisor. Carolina Environmental was the first to respond within 30 minutes and made a consultation appointment for 3 days later. Mike and Ashley even showed up early for this appointment and went to work with information about a system for our 2 story house. Mike set up installation for 10 days later. The crew arrived on Saturday,worked all day and returned on Sunday to finish. Both days they cleaned up the work areas and left us happy people. They did great work and were so pleasant and helpful with explanations about the systems. We recommend them highly

I called Carolina Enviromental Solutions last week with a concern that I had mold somewhere in my house or possibly something else in the air. When they called me back I explained what I was experiencing. The owner (Mike) quickly put my mind at ease and said that he would be able to find out what was going on. We set up a time and he was at my home within a few days. He was thorough. He found several issues right away but then continued to make sure everything was checked completely throughout the entire house and under the house. Reasonable prices, professionalism and great service are hard to find these days. This company excelled at all 3. I highly recommend this company!!!

Honestly, I cannot praise Mike and COASTAL ENVIRONMENTA SOLUCTIONS loudly enough. They were kind enough to work me into their busy schedule right away. When Mike arrived he went directly to the first source of mold/toxins in my apt in about 1 minute. His explanation of how the air quality reader worked and what it was reading was quite helpful. I received his report the very same day and was able to prove to Trinity Ridge apt manager that we do indeed have a serious problem. That would not have been possible without Mike. Bravo Mike! We are forever grateful!!!!

I made VERY CLEAR what our central vac needs were. Not what was installed! Mike was VERY rude, unprofessional, and belligerent. I SERIOUSLY thought he was going to punch my husband! The only SOLUTION was **his way or the highway**.UGH! PLEASE DO NOT subject yourself to this!
