Castle Exteriors replaced the shingles on my roof recently. My experience with the owner, Christian was phenomenal. He communicated very well and showed up when he said he would. The work crew was on time and did the work professionally. I would recommend Castle Exteriors for your roof replacement needs.

I wish I could put more stars for Christian Duggan of Castle Exteriors. I had a difficult time trying to find a roofing company that would give me an estimate. It was frustrating during one of the hardest years of my life. Finally, I used the Angi app, and Christian contacted me within 15 minutes. He came to my house on time , looked over my roof, took pictures, and showed me exactly what he would do to resolve my problem. He immediately puts you at ease with his knowledge, professionalism, and demeanor. My job was particularly difficult, due to the previous roofing on my sunroom. When the crew finished the whole house, they started on the sunroom, and then even more frustration began. Christian did so much (above and beyond) to help get it done. My roof looks gorgeous! He and his crew did an amazing job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Castle Exteriors and Christian Duggan for your roofing needs.

We had Castle Exteriors install our roof several years ago, and I couldnâ t be more impressed with their professionalism and product quality. From the start, they were prompt, highly professional, and incredibly accommodating with our scheduling needs. The craftsmanship of the roofing was top-notch, and the product they delivered exceeded our expectations. What really sets Castle Exteriors apart is their dedication to customer service years after the initial installation. During a series of intense rainstorms, rainwater began leaking into my daughter's nursery. Given the roofing work was solid, the issue was tricky to diagnose. Yet, Castle Exteriors stood by their work and made multiple tripsâ during rainstormsâ to troubleshoot the problem. They inspected the roof thoroughly, from both the interior and exterior, but still couldnâ t immediately determine the source of the leak. Once the weather improved, they returned and conducted simultaneous inspections from inside and outside the house. After several meticulous checks, they discovered that the problem wasnâ t related to the roof at allâ it was due to faulty window caulking. Even though the roof wasn't the culprit, Castle Exteriors went above and beyond. They took the initiative to re-caulk the problematic windows to prevent any future water intrusion during storms. Castle Exteriorsâ commitment to standing behind their work, even when the problem wasnâ t their responsibility, is a rare find. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for superior craftsmanship, professionalism, and exceptional after-installation service.

Christian Duggan, the owner of Castle Exteriors was prompt and professional. He was on time, kept closely in communication, and left a clean job site. I wish Castle Exteriors did other types of work -- I would hire them in a minute for other projects.

He guided us through the insurance process, answered all our questions (sometimes twice), and made sure we were satisfied with the end results. The crew who replaced our roof started the job a day earlier than predicted and finished in only 1.5 days. Highly recommend!!!!

Christian, owner of Castle Exteriors was great to work with. It was important to us to use a local company that would stand by their work . Castle Exteriors gave us a reasonable estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. We were very happy with their work on our roofing project.

Castle Exteriors was simply terrific!!! I am so thankful we found them through Angi. We solicited estimates from five different contractors and chose this company based on clear presentation of the process, materials used, the intelligent and knowledgeable answers to our questions, the final price of the job and how downright nice the owner is. Not only did they handle the roofing job, but coordinated with other crews to replace all compromised trim work and paint the exterior so that these jobs were all done in the order needed for best results. It was a complicated job, including the replacement of ten skylights and lots of trim work and also included the exterior renovation of a large shed out back. We were, thankfully, blessed with good weather, and the entire process was orchestrated perfectly between three crews and completed in a week. We were kept informed of the progress and the schedule along the way and there was virtually no down time. The workman appeared to be quite skilled and careful about the job they did and all were very nice. We were thankful that we hired a company that removed our gutters temporarily to check for trim rot behind them as It turned out most of the fascia and soffit boards had to be replaced (we were shown the condition of the boards before removal). We are thrilled with the final result and highly recommend Castle Exteriors!!!

Christian and his team was awesome! I had an active leak in my roof when he came out to look at it, he went up and fixed the leak for free until they were able to get out and replace the roof. Also, our insurance denied our claim so Christian gave us a great cash price compared to other companies. Plus the new roof is great!!! Would absolutely refer them to anyone

I was very pleased with Castle Exteriors' roofing and gutter installation. It was an educational experience for me as Christian was instrumental in showing me what was to be done in the process. He was also involved in working with my insurance company to make sure they realized what was to be done and make sure they were aware of costs incurred in the projects. Excellent communication from start to finish. The crew was very professional in their work and excellent in their cleanup as they went along. Could not tell they had been there except for the new roofs.

We had our roof replaced. Excellent experience from start to finish. First, Christian Duggan came out and walked every inch of our roof and took photos. He stepped through all the photos and discussed step-by-step what his team will do as well as answered all of my questions. The quote was received the very next day - and was very competitive. The team showed up promptly on the scheduled day and worked their butts off - 13 hour day - and cleaned up as they went along. Came back the next morning to finish up (approx 4 hours). Love the look of the house, the quality of the workmanship, and the awesome professionalism of all involved. 10 out of 10 would use again!

Castle ext. did an excellent job on my roof. The price was unbeatable. Christian kept me updated and informed through out the entire process with phone calls texts, pics and video. We had quite a bit of unseen rotten plywood that was addressed with quality work at a very fair price. The workers were top notch and the job was kept very clean and I have yet to find one piece of debris or nails anywhere. Highly recommend Christian and his guys at Castle exteriors. Thanks Jerry J

I had numerous bids on my roof, but Castle took the time to share many pictures of my roof highlighting the areas that needed to be fixed. They took the time to explain what was needed and supported it with credible documentation. They did a great job on the installation and clean-up and are worthy of my 5-star rating. I would highly recommend them.

They were great and easy to work with and the price was comparable to others. The crew was very respectful of my property and they cleaned everything up nicely and everything was great all around. The owner Christian was very prompt with responding and was available to communicate and keep us updated throughout the project.

Christian made the whole process much easier, he explained the materials that will be used, and patiently answered all my concerns. The crew also did an excellent work, and finished the job before the rain. They also cleaned the surroundings.

We interviewed and got estimates from five different firms and while Castle was not the lowest estimate, they really impressed us with their complete inspection of our existing roof and gutters and their very thorough explanation of every step of the process. Christian Duggan kept us informed of every step of the job, helped us make informed decisions on materials and answered all of our questions honestly and completely. They did everything they said they would do including protecting our landscaping and flowerbeds, making sure that the property was thoroughly cleaned up each evening and removing every bit of debris when the job was done.
