Castle Exteriors recently replaced the roof on my home. I got three different estimates from various companies, and Christian was the only contractor who actually took the time to come out to the house, get up on my roof, talk to me about options, and show me samples of the materials he recommended for the job. He even caulked around the vent that was causing a leak so that there would be no further damage while we set up a date for the new roof. On top of everything else, his was very close to the cheapest estimate I received and very affordable. His crews arrived on time and got to work quickly...they were done within a day and left no trace of construction debris in the yard. The new roof looks fantastic, and I would enthusiastically recommend Castle Exteriors to anyone needing this type of work on their home. Well done!

Really great communication from Christiaan! He was detailed and professional in his follow up. The painting crew was friendly, efficient and impressive! I really am happy with the entire project, from the first point of contact till the end. It's rare to find a contractor and subs who are on time and reliable and you will not have any issue with hiring this company for an exterior powerwash and paint job!

Christian was very easy to work with and his roofing experts worked extremely hard. The first day they came at 6:00am and worked till almost 8:00pm.They were constantly picking up and cleaning up after themselves. We were very pleased with the results.

Finding a company I could to trust, with the servicing of our roof was quite tedious. I spoke to different company representatives and I read their reviews. I chose to go with FORTIS, after speaking with Christian; because he took the time to listen. While inspecting our roof, he found a pre-existing condition; that needed immediate repair. He did a temporary fix to get us through, until we were in position to install a new roof. He could of price gouged us, but he didn't. He could have harassed us, after his act of kindness; but he didn't. I think he works with an integrity, that is a way pointer for him. That integrity showed up in every facet of his company. The ladies and gentlemen that were on-site, laboring to tear off and reinstall the roof; worked non stop. They were kind. They were clean. They were orderly. They were a class act! From start to finish Christian and his crew were on the ball!!!

The owner of the company had an excellent presentation and was a person I judged to be reliable, honest and smart. His team of workers were well trained professionals who worked together as a team. Everyone knew their job and had a work ethic that made them efficient in their use of time and energy. I enjoyed watching them and their pride in their work was evident. My finished job and cleanup went according to plan. I was called afterward and visited to make sure I was satisfied and had no questions. Fortis was a professional operation from start to finish.

Christian and Ben were great to work with. They explained their process very thoroughly before the installation. They also responded promptly to any questions or requests we made of them. The entire process was completed in two days. We received estimates from four companies and Fortis' was in the middle range of the four. The crew was generally efficient but they could have been a little more thorough in their cleanup which was important to us because we have dogs who could have been injured by missed nails or other debris. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new roof.

The workers paid attention to details- making sure everything outside was covered during the roof installation. When all was finished, they left the premises exceptionally neat and clean. I would most definitely recommend FORTIS to any one looking to have their roof replaced or repaired. Christian Duggan gave us a superb and detailed presentation as to what his roofing crew would put on my roof. His estimate for the job, which included 50 year shingles and upgrades on all edging, flashing, and vent pieces, came in under my insurance agency's quote. His crew came at 0730 each day and worked hard until they lost the light, breaking only for lunch. When the job was done they did an excellent job cleaning up. MY wife and I were very impressed with our experience with FORTIS and Christian Duggan.

Christian and team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way and we couldn't be happier with our new roof. They had excellent customer service and were very professional in assessing the scope and cost of the project and in following through on the scheduled date. They even worked around my mid-day meetings. Our neighbors also went with the Timberline system. I compared all aspects of their quote, which was very thorough, to several competitors and found that FORITS offered a superior product and service with lower cost.

Christian is very knowledgeable about quality materials for a new roof. He also helped us to get new gutters and downspouts. His crew worked tirelessly even into the evening and got the job done by 1:00 the next day. We have a large dog so his crew cleaned up the backyard and ran the magnet over it after the first day so he could go in the backyard. During the process, a couple of our light fixture covers fell and broke. Christian replaced them for us with no complaints. He brought them with him when coming to check the work. I would highly recommend Fortis Roofing if you need your roof replaced!
