BUYERS BEWARE. Called Eneco for my air condition asked what a service call would cost and was informed $90.00 agreed to that had a technician who was professional and on time checked my unit. Don't know how much time he spent however wanted to charge $100.00/ hr for diagnosing the issue which I thought was the purpose of the call. I ended up billed for $209 for what should have been $90.00 Called the office to explain the issue and the person answering who thought it OK to charge $90.00 to get to the call and $120 for diagnosing the problem Please clarify their billing practices.

Incredible response time. Returned calls immediately. Technician was on time for each call and service was great. Fixed issues with no upscale attempts. Fair price for services and parts.

There was just a little thing when they last came out; so they didn’t charge me. We have been using them since we moved into the house. They are really good and personable. They have done a good job.
