Great job in newly built home with lots of debris in the floor vents.

I canâ t thank Cody enough for the work he did. I was living in a dusty, sick home. The amount of junk that was in my ducts from our remodel as well as the former ownerâ s petâ s hair and some old construction work, was truly frightening. Iâ d started sneezing constantly and itâ s all gone now. My ducts are clean and sanitized. Iâ m so thankful.

When my heat pump died on a cold Saturday evening, I contacted Cody based on the recommendation of my daughter who is a huge fan of this business. I was hoping to book an appointment early the following week but to my astonishment, Cody responded immediately and was at my house in less than an hour. It was immediately obvious that Cody is extraordinarily knowledgeable, capable and accommodating. The bill for this service was beyond reasonable. I only wish I could award a 6th star!

Cody is capable and efficient. He is trustworthy and prompt. Works with your schedule. Just a decent person! Hire him for all your HVAC needs.

I contacted Homeadvisor and heard back from Cody within minutes and he agreed to come by the very next day. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. His fees were very reasonable and upon troubleshooting our unit, he was confident with his diagnosis and ordered a replacement part and completed the installation within a few days. Cody is quite the professional!

Very personable and professional. Cody was very methodical/systematic as he inspected and serviced our HVAC system. In addition to being very knowledgeable and conscientious, you could tell that he took great pride in his work and in being fair and honest in his dealings. We will definitely be using him again...in fact, I've already scheduled a preventative maintenance appointment with him for this fall.

Cody was very capable and installed registers and duct work for us in addition to routine HVAC service.

Provided many options,not just replace with all new system.Owner of the company did a complete walk through ,wasn't in a rush to get in and get out.We wanting a quote for repairs and service agreement on HVAC, ended up hired for Generator service as well.

We had set up an appointment with Set It and Forget IT. However, we had also contacted another company recommended by Home Advisor and they contacted us in the interim and were able to provide us service immediately. Since we were dealing with no heat and low temperatures we opted to hire Gibbs Heating who came to our aid. When we notified Set It and Forget It regarding this they were very understanding and we believe they would have provided the same excellent service we received from Gibbs Heating. We would certainly use either service for any future needs required with our heating or cooling systems! Thank you Home Advisor for recommending both of these companies!!

Prompt service, clearly explained work plan, and fair price. Cody is knowledgeable and reassuring. I was worried about my aging HVAC system, but Cody did his assessment and said the system was in good shape. He is the man, and will be doing all my future HVAC maintenance and repairs!

For boilers and radiant heat systems, it's hard to find good service providers that understand the systems they are working on. Cody, the owner of the company, really knows these systems and did an excellent job. Will definitely recommend and use again

Cody is professional, super knowledgeable, polite and honest - a winning combination! Our older gas furnace had gone out (our house was so cold!) and he came out later that same day. He went straight to work, found the problem and fixed it. He took the time to explain what had happened and showed me the burned-out part that needed replacing. When he was done I asked him to come back again and service it, but since he had checked everything out so well (he even installed a new filter without me even asking), he was honest enough to let me know that there was no need since he had already done everything he would do in a service call. It would have been so easy for him to just come back and do everything again (I would have never known), but his honesty and integrity stepped in and saved me a lot of money in the process. In fact, he started his business because it was so important to him to provide excellent customer service and quality work, insuring his customers are treated fairly and not taken advantage of. His years of training and experience working for bigger companies makes him extremely knowledgeable about all types of furnaces and air conditioning systems. You cannot go wrong with Cody. Please support this hard-working young guy with old-fashioned moral principles and expert knowledge!

Cody is awesome. Came quickly, was very organized and efficient, troubleshooted and fixed our furnace, gave us lots of good insight and advice, and is an overall really great guy. Honest and hard working, plus good prices. You just do not get this kind of service much these days. Awesome experience.

He explained the problem, took pictures, showed me what needed to be done, and told me he would report the hvac installer for incorrectly installing my new unit. He completed the repairs promptly and was very polite.
