Very well. Technician arrived on time. Called to tell my he was on the way before he was arrived, too. He was very thorough.

Service person arrived on time and explained work to be done and carried-but above maintenance work plus, service person put on foot-floor protector as soon as he entered home.

Branden was on time and very thorough. Answered all questions and explained all repairs.

Delcor arrived on time and completed the job in one day. They did have to come back later to replace lines that they thought were in better condition the first time they looked at them.

Service man was on-time called before arriving and performed service required quickly and thoroughly.

Brandon called in advance of arrival to allow us time to meet him. He arrived at his stated time. He was very helpful; answered all our questions, and made an extra trip to as ahead and pick up parts to get our unit fixed the same day.

Salesman arrived on time and prepared Kitchen to prevent dust from granite. Installed sink & faucet plumber was excellent.

Pam was WONDERFUL. She listened to what we wanted and then designed the area to fit our space and budget. She was always helpful and courteous - even after several "fixes" to the design. She was very informative of when things would happen - email and phone updates. Once the cabinetry arrived, she was on-site to be sure her installers knew the plan. The installers were very meticulous as to how everything fit and went the extra mile to be sure everything was level and to design. We are extremely happy with the quality of product and EXCELLENT service we received!

Delcore did a great job of evaluating our hot water usage and helping us choose replacement equipment. The install was scheduled and completed reliably and efficiently. The new system works very well and is MUCH more efficient. Utility savings seem likely to pay for the upgrade over about 3 years (this presumes we would have to replace the three removed hot water heaters which were each at least 10 years old).

I Love this company ! Everyone that has been here is so honest & helpful. I would never use anyone but Delcor ! They are always on time.

Although there were some delays they stemmed from Kohler shipping. All labor personnel from Delcor were professional & efficient. The design consultant, Pam Rice, kept the project on track.

Service was excellent!! From Delcor salesman Larry to installation/service guy Mike and his helper. All were very professional, prompt and willing to honestly answer any HVAC questions we had. My heat pump went out on a Friday. Determined the 16 yr old system had a bad leak Saturday and needed replaced. Late in afternoon on Monday (2nd vendor quote of the day) I called Larry at Delcor with my heat pump need for my house. Before we got off the phone he had me an estimate on a total Trane split system he felt fit my request. After that he had his service guy stop by my house with in an hour that same day to confirm our heat pump needs. First thing Tuesday morning Larry had us a written quote ( same as given on the phone Monday) and Trane literature in my hand. Before lunch on Tuesday we confirmed the deal with Larry and he had the system scheduled for installed the next day (Wednesday)! Mike and helper arrived as scheduled promptly at 8:40 am Wednesday, removed the old system and installed the new system very efficiently and professionally in less than half a day. :-) Prompt, courteous, and very professional installation of very nice Trane Heat Pump System.

Had to call them to check on parts delivery and schedule the follow up appt. some communication problems with billing, but resolved professionally.

1st technician didn't seem to know what to do, the 2nd tech solved problem. He had to order a part. Came back on day 3 & replaced part. (Always called to let me know when he coming & kept us updated.)

Brandon found that when we had insulation blown in the attic, it had got into the air handler and blocked the drains. He took the initiative to clean out the "g***" and get the A/C back on track. He explained everything he did. We would definitely have Brandon back for any troubles we may have. Delcor is lucky to have him!

I mentioned that a member of our household was 95 years old and had breathing problems. They came within 3 hours then determined that the drain had become disconnected and caused the overflow switch to turn off the unit. He was able to suction the excess water and repair the drain. He also checked to make sure the drain line was completely clear.

It was after hours but someone called withing 10 minutes of our call to Delcor. He arrived about 20 minutes later. Amazing! He was very professional throughout the visit. He checked our A/C and found the problem - a part for the compressor needed to be replaced. Apparently, this part frequently breaks, so he had a variety of sizes of this part. He had the right one for our unit and installed it efficiently. In a short while, cool air once again began to come out of the vents. The visit as a whole could not have been better. We had no idea everything could be taken care of so quickly. And the price was certainly reasonable. I can definitely recommend Delcor. Every transaction we have had with Delcor had been excellent. Soon I am going to make an appointment for them to replace our kitchen faucet.

Delcor has been pretty good. They haven't done the work yet but I would rate them probably a seven right now because I don't know what kind of work they'd do for us.

Laron, first tech, came out on Easter and did everything he could to resolve problem, thorough and concerned. Ray, second tech, very efficient at replacing part & checking system for functionality. Both very respectful of cleaning up.

They were very prompt and experienced. They were knowledgeable. They conveyed the knowledge that I needed to make a good decision. They did work in a timely way. I had no problems with them at all.

Selected another vender after receiving quote (price was high) but decided on another brand system.

Had to call them numerous times to fix A/C problems which turned out something was always wrong and each bill was always $200 at minimium. They were a no show one time for an appointment and had to re-schedule for a week later. After all the money they were paid the problems persisted.
