Repaired the sagging seats on two of my electric leather recliners. Mr Underwood was very friendly and professional. On time with both pickup and delivery. Very satisfied with his quick turn around. Would definitely use his services again.

Mr. Underwood did just what I asked him to do with no surprise pricing. He was on time to pick up mu furniture and on time to finish and deliver it. He is pleasant and very easy to work with.

Mr Underwood was able to give me an estimate with the pics I sent. He personally pics up the furniture, packs it carefully and stays in touch if he has questions. The work is very well done--zippers, piping placement, stitching. Herbert did an excellent job.

Absolutely delighted with Herb's expertise! I bought an Italian leather Livingroom set 2 years ago. It was like sitting on the floor after a short time. My two arm chairs are beautiful! Like previously mentioned Mr. Underwood recommended a fabric store where the prices were amazing! My chairs were picked up, reupholstered and delivered even earlier than the time promised. I am very happy with the service and outcome.

I was very satisfied with the end result. He even recommended a company who's fabric was much more reasonable than the ones I had already explored. I was able to find enough fabric for all 3 of my pieces, and the price difference resulted in significant savings. Mr. Underwood did a great job!
