Great at everything

Chris was the first to call. He worked around my schedule, was very professional and wore shoe coverings in my house. Problem turned out to be a little bigger than he first thought but he fixed everything as quickly as possible and in a small and dusty space. His $75 diagnostic fee is good for 30 days, too, so if there happen to be any other issues, it would just be the cost of the repair. Believe what we were charged was very fair and reasonable.

Our heat went out in the middle of the night and I called Chris Dorman between 2-3 am. He responded first thing in the morning and was promptly at our house by 8:30. He explained everything before he made any repairs and had the necessary part on his truck. He was professional, courteous, prompt, efficient, and even checked a problem on our fireplace even though that is not his area of expertise.
