Footprints Flooring is a good company to work with: 1. Plan ahead. I was able to gt a quote, timing estimate, etc before closing on a house. That meant a much shorter timeline upon closing. 2. Knowledgeable & professional. They impressed even my realtor, who suggested I go with them rather than the other pro's she connected me with for quotes. 3. Price. It's a fair price, and they were able to get me a better price on materials than I saw elsewhere. Buying materials from them is not required, but it turned out the best option. 4. Responsive. They responded quickly at all stages, using both text and email (so whichever works for you, you're set). Often I heard back faster than I was expecting. End of the day, I have beautiful floors.

Both the owner and the installer strived for excellence. The result was great.

We made several attempts to rectify an issue, the owner came out and saw what needed to be corrected, but will not do it. We did not know what to expect but we know it should not look like this. Now our phone calls are being ignored

I needed help putting down LVP fast - we were behind on a move in date. They squeezed us in and got it finished!

Ini is a nice guy, very personable. He came provided and estimate and gave a start date and communicated through project’s end.

Ini and his crew were GREAT! Even though I hired them for tile work, they were able to fix what my framers messed up when framing for the fireplace insert. Joe and Jose were able to get creative with installing the recessed trim around the double sided fireplace. Jose did top notch quality work and followed all of the house instructions like making sure the door was closed as he went in and out to cut tile, him and his helpers kept their mask on the entire time, and they cleaned up after themselves at the end of every workday. Jose also did a phenomenal job installing the pencil tile around the rain head and cutting 45’s in the corners so that the installation would look clean. He even hid the seams of the cuts with a white caulk so that the pieces would look continuous. Overall Ini and his team did an excellent job for an affordable and fair price. Definitely will refer them to others in the future and I’ll be using them again for my next major tile project!
