Had floor tile replaced in kitchen and laundry areas. Price and quality comparable to other places checked. Very professional. Moved and replaced furniture and appliances as needed. Work done in a day. Very satisfied.

I got a very nice new floor in my old house. There were repairs necessary to make the sub floor strong and Carlos did a wonderful job of it. He was busy the whole time and he checked for my approval along the way. Worth the cost and from what my friends say it was a great deal! Quick response (just under 2 weeks after the estimate), excellent workmanship, respectful of my space; I am definitely pleased with the company and the result.

A few minor glitches but they were quickly addressed and handled professionally. Overall, the outcome resulted in having our 72yr old hardwood floors raised from the dead after being buried under icky vinyl tiles!! Absolutely Beautiful!! Thank You Footprints Floors!! Melanie Alfaro

Ini is the best

The installers arrived on time. The owner of Footprints floors also stopped by to check on everything. They did a great job putting tiles up on our backsplash. They worked the entire time. One man put the tile up while another man helped. When they were finished they cleaned up.

Great experience. They were prompt, good value for the job and excellent work. I would hire them again in a minute.

Eni Esiet handled the job great. He kept us up to speed on his progress and never failed to return a call or text. Eni is a good man both personally and professionally.

We had Ini and his team come in to finish a project that another contractor vanished on about 1/3 of the way in. He arrived on time to provide a quote and was professional and caring to the needs of the client. His subcontractor Carlos exemplified the same qualities and they both worked with us to overcome many obstacles and complete the project within the short time frame we had. They both knew it is our first home and wanted to make sure our experience was positive, especially after the bad luck we were having with other contractors. The completed work was great. We used the same flooring as the previous owners to redo the bedrooms and in my opinion the installation is much higher quality than what the previous owners had done with the rest of the home. Ini and Carlos were honest, friendly and we will be recommending them to whoever we know needs flooring work done and calling them back for any of our future work!

Footprints Floors is a must hire for your flooring needs. I ve had other companies do work on my home but none of them have exceeded my expectations like Footprints! They hit the top 4 things when it comes to my home projects: 1. Please my wife with the work 2. Cost 3. Time 4. Quality of work. Lastly, the owner Ini is engaged in the process to ensure you are getting everything you paid!

I asked the owner of this business (a Footprints Floors franchise) Ini Esiet, for a quote on a pre-finished hardwood floor installation. I asked if he could level a concrete slab to within a deviation of less than 3/16 and over 10ft, which is the manufacturer specification of the flooring I wanted to install. He wrote in an email that he could do it, and that his crew would have all the equipment that they needed to do the job. He quoted me a total of $2157.70 for a 420 sqft project. He said that while his quote may not be the lowest, he has a 1 year warranty, and the job will be done right. Unfortunately, he could NOT level the concrete properly. He had never actually worked with self-leveling concrete before, but believed that his subcontractors had. He allowed his subcontractors to mix the concrete incorrectly. Instead of painting the primer onto the subfloor, the subcontractor mixed it with the concrete, along with an unmeasured amount of water. The self-leveling concrete did not bind to the subfloor, and will most likely fail. I called the manufacturer of the self leveling concrete to ask what should be done, and they said that it should be ground down completely and redone. Ini Esiet told me over the phone that he also called the manufacturer who confirmed, and he called the founder of Footprints Floors (an NWFA certified installer) who ALSO confirmed that it was done incorrectly and should be ground down completely and redone. Ini told me he would come back to completely grind and remove all the improperly applied self leveler, and do it again. He showed up the day after after I decided to let him attempt to fix it with a rented floor grinder and the same subcontractor who made the mistake. He told the subcontractor that it had to be all ground off, and I heard the subcontractor arguing that if he ground it all off, it would have to be done again (that is the point!). When the subcontractors made little progress, I let them borrow my hammer drill with a chisel bit to remove it. (They should have come prepared with all of their own tools. They should NOT have had to borrow my tools) Ini left to go to another appointment after supervising for a few hours, and an hour later, the subcontractor called me down to see their progress. They had not removed all of the concrete, they removed at MOST only 50% of it. I asked him to continue and grind all of it off as discussed, and the subcontractor AGAIN tried to argue with me that he would just have to reapply self leveler if he continued grinding (The whole point!). I did not want to argue with a subcontractor in my own home, so I told him to leave. I called Ini to tell him what happened, he said he would call the subcontractor and tell him to finish the job right. I agreed. A minute later, Ini called back and said he could not reach the subcontractors, and asked if I could tell them to call him. At that point, I decided I had enough. I did not want to manage or argue with his subcontractors, so I fired them. I told them I will hire a company who knows what they are doing, and I asked for my deposit back. Ini said he would mail it to me. I still have a lot of incorrectly poured concrete in my house, and not once did anyone from Footprint Floors actually check the slab for 3/16 and deviation over 10ft. Neither the contractor or his subs had a 10ft straight edge, much less a 10ft level. All the concrete still needs to be ground off and removed. 4x 50lb bags of poorly mixed concrete means 200lbs of dust needs to be removed from my house. I have no idea what it will cost, but probably over $1000. That is damage done by Footprints Flooring!
