Highly recommend this contractor for the following reasons: 1. Showed up on time and completed work when promised. 2. Inspected and advised of necessary repairs with an explanation as to why or why not specific work is or was needed. 3. Pricing is fair. 4. Professional installation and excellent in regards to cleaning up behind themselves (specifically, no roofing material, trash, OR NAILS left behind for pets, owners, or vehicles to pick up). 5. Friendly, polite, and professional. It was a relief knowing that I did not have potheads working on my roof.

I contacted Burden Improvements and they came out the next day and repaired my roof. Everyone I had spoken with, from Mr. Burden to his crew were very polite. they did expert work which yielded professional results. I am very happy, and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you !!!

Burden Improvement came out for a quote and did the job the next day. The job required more work than expected and the repaired a gutter cap and sprayed painted my chimney cap and did not charge extra.

I am updating my Review concerning Burden Improvements. I hired Burden Improvements to fix a leak in my ceiling. The gentlemen that came out to work on the house were very nice. They completed their work and charged me and left. I realized that I did not receive a receipt for the payment and I called the company "Burden Improvements". I left a message. I never received a return call. The next time it rained my ceiling leaked just as bad as it dit before Burden Improvements came out. I contacted Home Advisors and Burden Improvements. I eventually talked with the owner of Burden Improvements and he stated that he would call me when he had some time and. I never received a call from Burden Improvements. I had to call another company to come out to my house to take care of the problem the Burden Improvements stated to me was repaired. I was charged for a flawed service.

We just used Burden Inprovements and were very dissatified with our experience. The job was bid improperly and so took four times longer than originally planned for. Although the two actual roofers were excellent and did a good job the owner and ground crew were very unprofessional and unprepared to do the job. Mr Burden had very poor customer service skills and was rude and disrespectful to both myself and his workers. Although the job was completed satisfactorily I would not recommend him again due to numerous issues. Overall I would rate him maybe a two and that's being generous.

If it ever rains hard we will know if the leak has actually been repaired but I know Robert Burden will stand behind his work. He is courteous, forthright, honest and very reasonable with his prices. I will be calling on his services again.

Work was completed in a timely manner which was well appreciated, including cleanup. I would recommend especially since he is local.
