Saturday morning I woke up to a a leak in my living room ceiling by the sky light. I had water dripping [in several spots] onto my carpet. I left messages/e-mails with a few different companies. Burden improvements Inc. Responded to me immediately. As soon as there was a break in the weather he had a crew here and placed a tarp on my roof to prevent any further damage. Robert made an appointment with me on Monday afternoon and sat down with me to discuss all my concerns. On Tuesday afternoon his crew showed up and all the repairs were made. His crew was very polite and worked quickly. I would hire this company again and recommend them to others.

Robert Burden was very professional, came out to meet with the adjuster from the insurance company and completed the roof. It looks amazing. I have him working on multiple projects and intend to have him first in mind for my future projects.

They responded very promptly and repaired the shingles that were obviously in need of repair. Moreover, they found another area of my roof that had some loose shingles and repaired them as well, saving me potential damage there, and did not charge me any extra.
