From the beginning I was told this would be a turn key job and I would be so happy with my new kitchen. I paid a deposit to order the cabinets and made a date to return and take out my old cabinets. While waiting for the cabinets to come in, I went ahead and had my kitchen and breakfast area tiled. Before the new cabinets had come in, the owner called and asked if I could pay more money upfront since he was tight on money. I agreed and paid again, now I have paid 75% of the price without any cabinets. Finally the cabinets come in and are installed. A couple of days later the owner sent helpers to install molding and finishing trim. It always seemed they were in a hurry. The helpers were doing a slap happy job of finishing up. Upon finishing I was given a bill and told to inspect the cabinets and they would be back to fix all problems, I paid the bill. Finally after several calls the company returned a week later. I had a long list of problems I wanted fixed. They came while I was at work and left notes that they were finished and some of the things I pointed out were supposed to be that way. As a result I have cabinets that I need to get repaired. The countertops don't match up with cabinets, there is a 2" gap between botton of countertop and side of cabinet. Part of crown molding was not installed., drawers that are crooked, toe molding not attached or gapped and 1 cabinet side with 2 gouges in from dragging the cabinet through the doorway while installing. The toe molding was first installed and then ripped out and then restapled, so it looks horrible. I have called many times to have repairs made, but with no luck. I got taken. I have had to purchase material and now hire someone else to repair the mess. I have spoken others he has done work for and found out that they had the exact same kind of problems.
