BOLTON SVC

I cannot even describe what horrible service I received and how I was completely ripped off then ignored afterwards. It was crazy! But I will do my best. So we had Bolton at the house at least 3 times since the upstairs unit was having a hard time cooling. Each time they told us the unit needed to be replaced. Each time we changed the filter and it was fine. Finally the downstairs unit totally stopped working They couldn't fix it so said it had to be replaced. I bit the bullet and spent $6K to replace it. I bought the energy efficient one but no one warned me that the size was RIDICULOUSLY HUGE and it got me in trouble with my HOA. Then they go to turn it on after they install is and guess what... NOTHING. Come to find out all it was, was a faulty wire. They replacement my whole unit for $6k for a faulty wire!!!!! When I called the sales manager to complain he lamely redirected me back to the sales person. What? Are you kidding me? Needless to say they totally blew me off and ripped me off. STAY FAR AWAY from this company. All they want to do is replace you unit, not fix it.
