Tim replaced a drain in my kitchen sink and installed a new faucet and drain in my bathroom. He went above and beyond and he did excellent quality work. I highly recommend him.

We just moved into a new home and Tim (Houshold 360) performed some minor repairs just prior to close. The repairs weren't completed to our satisfaction (e.g., running toilets, etc.) and we wanted him to fix, what was purportedly repaired previously. After taking a look and promising to return-nothing happened. So much for standing behind your work and keeping one's word.

Mr. Leonard was the first to call. He was friendly and professional. He actually advised against a tankless water heater unless we wanted to add more electrical breakers. He was able to complete the install of a new water heater tank the same day. I would hire him again without hesitation.

Replaced water pump and line as we had been pumping continuously for a year because of a crack in the well pipe! We are hoping to see a difference in our electric bill, too!

Called Tim after calling a few other Plumbers in my area I had Googled. He was the only one who answered my call (while under another house doing work no less) and told me if I would text him my address he would come by in an hour after he finished the job he was currently on. So I followed his directions and like clockwork he text me back letting me know he received it and then an hour later called me to let me know he was on his way! He fixed my problem within 30 mins and had my kitchen back up and running with my Fiancée much happier then she had been in weeks! Thank God!! I would recommend Tim to anyone without worry!
