+ -1 moreWe could not have been more pleased with Dan's work. He pointed out what he would be doing; showed WHY the toilet reseating was going to be a bit more of a job than he anticipated; and, as important as anything, was very comfortable explaining/talking primarily to Patty who's much more aware of "how things work" than I am. His charges were certainly more than fair as well.
Description of Work: repair leak under sink; replace faucet set; reseat toilet
