Responded right away. The work involved removal, fabrication, and replacement of the drain pan in the upstairs attic framing. This job had been ignored for nearly 10 years due to its difficulty and intricacy. Josh and David jumped right in, manufactured a new drain pan, and re-installed it in a five-day span. Only complaint was that they didn't keep me informed of the process, so I had to email them to find out when they were coming back. I would not hesitate to use them again any time.

I called Servtechs late evening, in a panic because I had an earlier appointment with a company was a “no show”. Mr. Taylor told me they’d come out early the next morning. Servtechs arrived by 8 a.m. The technicians were professional, yet friendly. They repaired my AC within an hour. Later that night around 11:45 I called Mr. Taylor because an issue occurred and my system stopped working. Again, bright and early Servtechs arrived and fixed the problem. They came the same day. They explained what was wrong. They were not in a hurry to charge as much as possible. I would hire them again.

After the vendor selected by my home warranty company failed to repair my ac unit for the third time. I contacted Home Advisor. Servtech was one of the contractors recommended by Home Advisor. Josh and his staff of great. I was able to get a same day appointment, they repair my ac and cleaned the coils all for a reasonable fee. I would definitely call them again.

Josh and his team took absolute care of my HVAC issues and, at my request since they were already there, even added freon.
