Terminix Company of East Carolina

When I made the appointment, they said there would be no charge if no termite was found. When I managed my work schedule to meet the technician, he said it would be $100 fee.

They were very understanding and knowledgeable.

Was easy to work around me having to reschedule.

Goal was accomplished within 2 months. Rats and squirrel noises ended and appear to be gone, but wasn't able to discern whether it was because of the service or change in weather.

They have to come back every two months just for ant control

very attentive inspector. found termite damage in less than 10 mins of inspection when a previous inspector said there were no damage. very open about the price and coverage.

Tech was professional and detailed. Tech could not find the snake to remove it. He check the room and under the house .And the Tech sprayed some sort of repellent down on the outside of the house. The snake was found in the room, and destroyed the next day by some friends. For the amount that was charged to me for that service. I feel it was excessively expensive. I believe i was over charged for this service.I wouldn't recommend this service ,because of the Very High Price. DIY cost would have been less than $25.00 Nothing against the Tech. Because he doesn't bill the cost/charge. Terminix of East Carolina does.

the inspection showed no termites so there was no charge for the inspection. I found Terry Joyner to be very professional and knowledgeable. There were extensive water damage in the crawl space and rotten joists and even the support beams. He took the time to share his experience in this matter which I truly appreciated.

Josh was professional, detailed, and informative. In all I had a great experience with the company.

They did what they said they were going to do.

My technicians name was Ronald, Ronald had came out on a Saturday morning, on time, and very friendly. Ronald explain to me in detail exactly what they where going to do, and what each chemical did. He took his time and did it right. I had not seen another roach since he left. Good job👍🏽

Erik was great! He took the time to answer all our questions, did not push anything he felt we didn't need. Overall, a good experience. We have only had one treatment, but during that treatment, Kyle was friendly, professional and also took the time to answer all questions and made sure we were taken care of!

Only issue I had was the time it took from contract signing to first treatment...took a week.

The relationship between Home Advisor and the vendor is very strange. Home advisor automated the scheduling but Terminix hod no idea of this and called to schedule. Earliest they could do was 12pm. 12pm is fine however I think Home Advisor needs to get some of their processes fixed.

Howard was awesome! He came and inspected, gave us the truth about what he saw, and informed us what we did and didn’t need. When the people came to do the job, there was a little problem with communication as they were asking us what needed to be done and not knowing before they showed up. Overall-good experience so far.

I hired the company for American roaches and they did good, though $150 for one time is too high. I also gave them two other addresses and after taking a day off to be there with them, they informed me they cannot spray in any crawlspace and that they don't treat termites in any house over 100 years old. They should have listed that information on their first page and on every ad so we all don't waste our time.
