The services provided are great and the prices are reasonable. The inspector was polite, but tried really hard to sell me on new plastic under the house. The tech who did our spraying was great! He covered everything and was super nice and very professional. I would recommend.

The exterminator explained to me what the product would do in reference to keeping snakes away. Very knowledgable and professional.

I called to set up service through this company. I had an area supervisor come to sign agreement the following day. I was told that I would hear from his tech the following day for initial treatment ( Had ants all over my dining room and needed pest control fast). I heard nothing for 2 days. I called the next day and the supervisor promised I would get a call the next day. Still no call !! I finally had enough of receiving no pest treatment and called AGAIN and said to just cancel the contract. Also, there was a snake hanging out near my front porch. The rep on the phone said that since I already had a tech coming out for service that there would be no additional cost UNLESS they caught the snake and that they would set snake repellent out and that service was $150. Well, all the supervisor that came out did was look around my house and tap on the siding near the door and charged me the $150 and checked it as a *TRAPPING* fee on my contract and that was the price whether a snake is caught or not. That is ridiculous and not what the Terminex Rep told me. I was not expecting this kind of service from a well known company like this. Very disappointing.

We needed re-treatment of foundation and work was done quickly and on schedule by Ty C., supervised by R.Knight who also filled some voids around pipes.Reg mgr Allesandro explained things knowledgeably. There was no charge.As to insurance on insect damage,, it's excluded by "excessive moisture" Read fine print and take pictures of any "live activity"

Great company

Everything that was positive, they did. They were so helpful and so thoughtful. The representative, Michael, I would recommend in a heartbeat. It is rare to find someone that good and that reliable with satisfied customers.
