My pro was informative , very knowledgeable addressed all of my concerns , polite and easy to communicate with . The work contracted for has not started as yet , however the value and quality of the work-has yet to be determined but my pro exuded the confidence to me that I will be satisfied .

When The young man Came to the house for the first spray He did not do a thorough job he seemed rushed. I hope they do better on the monthly spray .

We are buying a house that is over an hour away from where we live. The reality company that the house is listed with apparently forget about our appointment. The serviceman that came to do the inspection was Nick. When he arrived at the home, he called me to let me know that he couldn't get into the house. He could have left and simply rescheduled the appointment, but he didn't. He went out of his way to obtain the access code, and completed the inspection for us. We really appreciate his extra effort! We'll call Terminex for all of our needs in the future.

I was quoted one price on the phone and a different one when the representative arrived, which of course, was higher. The representative then explained that the problem will probably not be resolved in one treatment, which leads me to believe that the product is less than adequate.
