Fast and efficient.

Mr. Williams is a professional and he was reasonably priced because I was expecting a lot more. My roof was leaking into my living room and he didn't quit until he found out where the leak was coming from. I definitely recommend you give him a call for your roof issues.

I wanted the old asphalt shingles removed and replaced with new shingles. I received four estimates from different roofers. Roof Top was most reasonable. In addition, they told me that if the old shingles were removed and repairs of bad plywood were required, they would insure the repairs were done before new installation. On the day of the scheduled installation, I had a business meeting in Washington D.C. – I was not around. The shingles were removed and there was a lot of damage that needed repairs. As promised they made sure all the repairs were done. I discovered the extent of the repairs they did when I went in the artic. What I am most impressed is that they did not even tell me but went ahead and did the work. Also, it is significant to note here that they provided the material and completed the work without asking for down payment as other roofers expected. When I finally met with Mr. Williams after the work was completed to pay him, he told me that he started roofing with his grandfather or father when he was 18 years and now 34 years old. His father passed away but he wants to keep the tradition of excellency he father taught him. I do not intend to write a long review but with so many bad experiences I have had deal with fair weather contractors, it is good to let others know when you have a good experience. Finally, if you are looking for a reliable, dependable contractor to do your next roofing job, Roof Top Williams should be your choice. I highly recommend Roof Top Williams without any reservation. Great job at a very fear price

Roof Top Williams (Sean) did a superb job repairing my roof. Fast, cost effective, and good workmanship. I had an area of missing shingles with the tar paper exposed. (This was the only area of significant concern.) I also had a four areas that were functional, but were scarred by debris or look bad because I made hasty repairs (very challenging on a steep roof). I only wanted and needed the few areas worked. Only Sean was cooperative in costing out the repairs. The other contractors with whom I consulted would not provide an estimate for the limited scope. Instead they insisted my roof was damaged (DUH) and would need replaced: the entire roof, probably to the tune of $8 to $10K. Nonsense. Sean visited, inspected, and quickly provided a very reasonable cost estimate, and performed the repairs. A-Z in a few days. Sean did a very good job matching the color using a pallet of shingle samples.
