This gentleman did all that I expected from a professional. He stopped by, and went into my attic, and checked the wood, just to make sure there was no rot. Then he went up on the roof, and did a complete inspection before giving me an estimate. The first two roofers gave me a very high estimate $250. over the phone, without even looking at the roof first. Mr Williams did the job for $80. It took him about 20 minutes. I will hire him again for any other roof issues I may encounter!
