Everything went well. Showed up on time and got the job done effectively.

once he got here, fine. long delay in getting him here, some due to weather but he was very busy too.

The service provider states they completed the work but they ended up washing another person's home.

Fine very professional knew what he was doing.

Update: Recieved email from the provider on 22Oct2015 and verified that work was actually complete.

Very professional and honest. After climbing up to clean the gutters and looking at all of them on our 2 story house he told us he would refund the money as they did not need cleaning. You do not find many honest people like this around. Highly recommend!

This provider kept cancelling, he finally found the time to come - apparently he only services my area on certain intervals. Wish I had known that ahead of time. I cannot locate the specific date of service as this was so long ago that I just noted it for 1/1/15. Would I use him again, probably not. If I arrange to have something done, and make an effort to leave work to meet them, they better show up.

He was pleasant, efficient and punctual and went beyond expectations. Highly recommended.

I paid for the service through Angie's List. The service provider gave me some possible dates. Service provider came out and performed the service to my satisfaction. At this price, I plan to use again.

Punctual, professional, friendly. The person came and cleaned the gutters which stopped them from overflowing during rain. He talked to me about proper care and maintenance which made a lot of sense to me. Overall, very smooth experience.

They did a great job on the gutter cleaning, they were on time and cleaned up everything after the job was done.

Over all good job which Im sure was difficult due to the years of debris. Spread the debris out evenly in the yard leaving very little mess except for some mud/dirt on our lawn furniture. I guess that happens. Will use them in the future.

Did a great job. Used a high bower leaf blower to blow all the gunk out of the gutter AND the down spouts. Cleaned up afterwards. Pretty simple but nice job.

They took a while to do the service and they weren’t easy to get in touch with, but once they actually did the service it was alright. Their pricing was good.

Initial response was quick and we scheduled a date for my service. I requested that the service be performed in the afternoon since I had another appointment in the morning. He advised that I did not need to be since the service being provided was exterior only, but I expressed that although it was not necessary I did have personal preference to be home when work is being done on my home. As it got late in the day (4:30pm) and because it had rained earlier in the day I reached out to him via Angie's List message as well as leaving him a voicemail on the phone number provided requesting confirmation of whether he was coming or not. He responded via email that he in fact was not able to service my house due to bad weather earlier in the day and had re-scheduled me for an appointment on Sat. I replied expressing my disappointment that he had not notified me at the in the day that he knew he was NOT going to be able to service my home. I am reasonable and certainly understand that he was not able to come due to bad weather, but I believe that I should have been notified of the cancellation for that day. I confirmed with him that the re-scheduled appointment for Sat. Sept. 5th was acceptable to me and asked him to give me an approximate time. He replied between 10am - 11am. It is now Sunday and for a SECOND time he did not show for the scheduled appointment, the service has not been performed and he has not reached out to me via any means of communication. I have sent him a message via Angie's List requesting a refund of my money so that I can seek another service provider.

Had to reschedule twice because of weather. This is a "1 man" company so the weather affects his schedule. When he arrived he was very professional and apologized for the delays. The house was very dirty since I had not had it washed in about 18 months. It took him about 2 hours to complete the job. i inspected it and was Very Satisfied with the work. House now sparkles. I've had my house washed by many other companies and he was the only one who taped over my exterior outlets and doorbell to protect them from shorting and tripping the circuit breaker.
