This guy is absolutely the worst. We had a pretty difficult tenant who had a lot of unreasonable requests (we should have known something was up when she insisted the house be professionally cleaned again when she moved in because the base boards were not clean enough). Instead of politely setting limits with her, Mark constantly advocated for her and told us she was a single mom, so she deserved special treatment. When her lease came up for renewal, he made a complete mess out of the whole thing so that both sides were very upset by the time all was said and done. She basically would not sign another lease, but would not let us show the property either by denying every request to show it. When I called him to discuss this, he yelled at me and asked me if I have children. He was so unbelievably unprofessional and irresponsible, I found another property manager the same day and we fired him (he told me on the phone that I wouldn't find anyone else for what he charges, which of course I did in one phone call). Seriously folks, stay away from this guy--he exhibits signs of severe mental illness under stress and he will side with the tenant, despite the fact that the property owner is the one paying him. Very bad experience.
