JD Service Now - Plumbing

They went above and beyond and helped me make informative decisions.

They were very prompt in responding to my request and getting a technician out to our house. He fixed the problem the same day and I think the charges were reasonable.

They came out to help me figure out why my water bill had doubled over the past two months. He spent probably more than an hour making sure the line from the street was not leaking, checking toilet seals, etc. Only charged me the visit fee because he said he didn't really do any work.

Would definitely recommend. Will hire again if needed in the future.

Consider the charges exorbitant.

Good communication before the appointment. Tony arrived on time and was very professional. He actually had everything he needed with him and completed the work at that appointment. I didn't need the extra services JD Service Now offered but it is very good to know they are available.

Water issue in crawl space could not be diagnosed, it's still a mystery. All pipes were fine as were the outside water spigots & sewer pipe inside & out. Tony was very experienced and knowledgable and the service call was only $39&tax. I will use them again if/when i need a plumber.

Completed scheduled in a quick, timely manner. Even did simple tasks I couldn't do. None better!

The technician Steven was very efficient and professional as he worked to find and fix the water leak in our ceiling. He found the bathroom that the leak was coming from and searched to find out exactly what the cause was and replaced the shower assembly. We are so appreciative of his politeness and his clean up of the work he did for us. We would definitely recommend him and would use him again!

This vendor should be removed from your list. The trouble fee was ok but when they went onsite they did not contact the landlord before performing work as agreed. Stated that the tenet had authority to make decision, then lied to landlord in terms of what communication was given. The overall cost was initially over $420 for a job that should have been around 250. We settled with this company but I would never recommend them or will use them again. They should be reviewed by the BBB.

We were serviced by Michael and I was very pleased. He cleaned up very well after the service. The problem was located and so far we had just a temporary fix. We need to have a sewer line replaced.
