Literally called me within minutes, had someone out to my house in a few hours, and the work was completed professionally before 4 PM that day. Service technician was very friendly and took the time to explain the work and give me options that saved me money. All the work was completed before any other company called to give me a quote.

I had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Called JD at 8 AM and by 9 AM they already had a technician at my home working on the problem. James was very communicative, friendly, and tidy. Top notch service all the way! I will definitely call JD Plumbing next time I need a plumber.

They went above and beyond and suggested checking the whole house water valve while he was here. It turned out to be nonfunctional! Yikes! Stephen fixed it right away and talked me through the process, helping me understand a lot of important info about valves, pipes, and toilets!

Unfortunateley, the dry wall had to be cut to fix the problem, but was not repaired.

Very professional work staff, toilet works perfect now. I am very happy the parts they installed were twice and good as the manufacturers parts that came with the toilet. I will NEVER buy another Sturhling appliance they are cheaply made and dont hold up. Ifi t had not been for these quys, we would have had to buy another toilet, which was what the manufacturer wanted.
