JD Service Now - Plumbing

They really do mean now. They installed a sewer cleanout same day, by hand digging since company back hoes were all in use. It was an urgent situation with all home drains backing up and they got all the drains going same day, and eliminated all sources of sewer gas and corrected several improper plumbing installs the next day. They were a bit pricy but they do guarantee their service for 5 years and offer financing. I will definitely use them again for big plumbing projects.

Polite workman.

The quality of the work was average. He wasn't able to place the spigot where I wanted it and few good suggestions as to how to meet my needs. His solution was to reverse the orientation of the spigot so it reached up to the porch instead of down. I initially OKed the installation then got second thoughts about the wisdom of his idea. He was not willing to evaluate his logic nor change the spigot to the proper position because I initially said OK. Now I am worried about water building up in it and freezing during the winter. The plumber also had a nasty habit of spitting. It disgusted me. The price was also very high for the little bit of time that it took, 2 hours - nearly $1,000.00 for three new spigots and a simple repair.

Needed a new tankless hot water heater. They made every effort to repair the old one, but in the end it needed to be replaced. Worked getting it installed late on a Friday. Only down side is that those tankless water heaters are not cheep...but not their fault. Had another estimate and it was a little more so it is what it is...

came on Sunday and didn't charge extra

JD was costly but the did a good job in a fast time period. They repaired a couple leaks in shower and sink; unclogged a drain; installed new faucets and a garbage disposal, all with some necessary demo. They were Professional, knowledgeable, unpretentious... I'd use them again for a similar job.

He was prompt and provided great service.

Patrick was out to do our service. He was exceptionally courteous, gracious, straightforward, and efficient. Although our previous service person had not been equipped to do the service Patrick provided (although they should have been prepared to deal with the issue as they are our HVAC company), Patrick did not bad mouth or attempt to indicate incompetency on the other company’s end, but rather looked at it as a learning experience for the other company. Patrick also tolerated my curious child following him up into the attic to “supervise” his work. Highly recommend this company.

The man fixed a broken connection which was leaking. It took him less than five minutes and he charged more than $200. He also "found" two other projects he recommended at about $1000 each.

Incredibly responsive and professional. The price was a lot higher than I thought I would be paying. But these guys are the best in the business.
