Customer service was great! Notified me when David the technician would arrive and he was extremely courteous! I felt he was very knowledgable about several plumbing issues in my kitchen. Happy to recommend and use JD Service Now again!

Highway robbery. $600 to fix a leaky toilet and halfway replace part of a shower handle? Literally in tears at how much money I just threw away.

JD Service Now was very responsive, professional, and did a great job. They were much easier to get in touch with and to schedule than other plumbers we looked into. They were on time and finished jobs in a timely manner. One of the things I seemed to see on other reviews is that they would be more costly than other plumbers; we did not find this to be the case. In fact, the cost of replacing a pressure reducing valve was a bit less than another plumber in the area, and JD did a better job (we ended up hiring the other plumber for the job to see how they would do and called JD back to come fix it when it wasn't working properly). I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs in the Triangle area.

Seemed a bit higher cost than expected, but they came in the midst of a hurricane and helped narrow down the scope of the leak. In testing the plumbing, proactively found a leak in one of the unused bathrooms and fixed it before it became a big issue down the road.

Did not follow up with sending information needed for insurance adjuster.

Wow, my expectations were exceeded before the work even started. Price seemed a little high, however the extra shows through in attention to detail, workmanship, communication, and customer-service. Happy I paid a little more now, before there was a problem with my water-heater. In an emergency, the (resolved) failures would have caused much much more stress. Highly recommended, even if just for preventative maintenance! Update: I've since hired these guys again to replace one of our HVAC systems (a BIG ticket item). Even their sales person went out of their way to fully understand our needs and expectations. Wow!

quick work ,excellent quality

Service was excellent. Very courteous and on time. As far as price really did not have anything to compare it with, but I did not feel I was over charged. Water heater and PVC valve was taking care of, along with water faucets. Would definitely contact them again if needed. Thank You, Y. Williams Raleigh NC

Contacted them yesterday and was able to schedule work this morning.

Professional company. No hidden costs, price was what they stated. My service technician, David, was professional, nice, and knew his stuff...Would highly recommend this company.....

Outstanding work. Completed on time at a reasonable price.

Reserving final review until City Inspector comes out to approve the work. There was some confusion with the process. I was told that I would hear from JT service now or the city inspector to schedule this inspection. After a couple weeks past, I contacted JD service now and was informed that there was an appointment that had passed. This was the first I had heard of this. I was given the city inspectors name and phone number to contact directly. He was on vacation so I emailed his back up but never received any contact. I called again on August 27 and set an appointment for August 29. Will update my review at that time.
