We were trying to get them to come out and repair a heating system that wasn’t heating our inside space. We had one of those home warranties as we had just bought the house. Blankenship Refrigeration was forced on us by the home warranty folks. We had scheduled an appointment with them, and they didn’t show up for that appointment. We scheduled a follow-up appointment with them and they didn’t show up. Then we scheduled a follow-up appointment; he showed up for that appointment and said that he needed to run and drop some stuff off of his trailer and that he was going to be back to repair the unit that he had looked at and never came back. We could never get a hold of him again. We ended up calling our own contractor to take care of the problem. They are just not a professional, well-run company. With regard to price, it would have been covered underneath our service contract had they done work. I can't tell accurately what their pricing would have been as I wouldn’t have seen it.
Description of Work: We tried to have Blankenship Refrigeration out to do repairs on our heating system. We had set appointments with them and they didn’t show up repeatedly.
